Quite a long walk from city centre but was clean and everything was as advertised

Nice room, despite the property looks a bit old, good breakfast. The hotel is on a hill so it takes about 20/30 minutes by feet to reach the city center. A bus is also available, but it doesn't pass very often.

Lovely stay. Was slightly confused with the parking but turned out I was able to park in the large public carpark opposite (I hope anyway). Very comfortable room with TV and fridge. Receptionist spoke very good english which was nice. Comfy bed. Good shower. Couldn’t fault it honestly, was great value too and in walking distance to the town.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. I simply wanted a cheap and clean place to stay. It was much better than I expected. The breakfast that is provided will not let you leave hungry. There were many types of foods available, was well prepared and always fresh. I would encourage anyone to stay here.

I liked that it was close enough to walk downtown Karlovy Vary. The room was clean. We had an issue with a shower that end up being solved. Overall the bathrooms can use a remodel.

It was a great hotel. Nice breakfast in morning. Clean room with comfy beds. Price was great too.

The location is not that gd at all. It’s quite far if you take off the bus and taking the luggage to there. The refrigerator isn’t switched on and until we found help. Their English need to improve. It’s hard to guess what they say. Anyway, I think they do try their best to service us. They need improve indeed.

We booked this hotel literally sitting in the parking lot at 9:30PM because another hotel in town lied about themselves causing us to be unable to access the property. The staff person was very nice and spoke English well. The rooms were three person rooms (we took 2) and were spacious and clean. There was ample free parking, access to the hotel was easy and there was a working elevator here. Nice wide hallways. Breakfast was included and all the typical European breakfast items were offered long with eggs/sausage drinks etc. The breakfast staff was working very hard keeping tabled cleared and food restocked. Check-out was simple and quick. This is a pretty bare-bones place, but it definitely did the job we needed and we felt safe, it was clean and we were fed. Pulling into a town we were unfamiliar with, taking an hour to find out our first hotel was a fraud then scrambling to find a new place to stay last minute was all pretty stressful, but we are glad we found this location. I would stay here again for a simple place to sleep.

Paid for a single room but when I arrived I was told they were out so I got a double-- fine by me! The toilet in my first room wouldn't stop running so I was moved to a nicer room with a small balcony. Room appeared clean but when I was showering, I noticed someone's stubble on the wall of the shower. No other issues aside from that. Location was a bit farther than I had thought (and up a hill) but the walk to and from town was pretty so I didn't mind.

Great value hotel. Not far away from town. Breakfast was OK for the price.

Nice and quite place to stay in Karlovy Vary. A little bit off the center but still close to the sights and attractions of the area. Will recommend the place for others to stay.

Very comfortable mattress, pillow and blanket. I was not so amazed by the shower, but it was OK. Receptionists were very kind. In general - it's not far from center, the only problem of whole Karlovy Vary is that you can't find any place to eat in, if not McDonald after 22:00.

We had a very nice visit to Karlova Vary. We chose this hotel because of the price and on the map it did not look far from the main tourist areas of town. We came in on the train and got around town as pedestrians. This hotel is on top of one of the hills in town and has ample parking available for those with autos. On foot it is not as easily accessed and there are limited other tourist facilities in the immediate area. There is a good but steep foot path that goes right down to the Hotel Thermal, but I did not see that discussed on their website. The room does not have facilities for making coffee or tea in the room and there is no iron or ironing board. There is an in room safe. The curtains are insufficient to keep out the light from the parking area at night. The first morning we were there, my wife was looking for an item she had misplaced and discovered that there was a large pile of dried vomit behind the easy chair. We alerted the desk and it was promptly and thoroughly cleaned. This hotel was good value for the money, but should we visit again as pedestrians, I think we we pay a bit more money and stay more in the central tourist area.

Is comfortable and staff gives you good treatment, location is a bit far from the downtown but parking is very convenient at the hotel.
