First time staying at this hotel and had great stay from start to finish. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff at reception who was very helpful and informative. Our room was lovely, very spacious and spotlessly clean. All the staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent and had a large variety of hot and cold food to choose from. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends

We really enjoyed our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The hotel was clean and quiet! The food in the restaurant was fairly good. We really enjoyed talking with Ryan in the bar area. He seemed genuinely interested in where we were from and made us feel welcome! The pool area was kept clean. We would stay at the Doubletree again.

Check in great - really lovely idea of giving a welcome cookie. Upgrade was also well appreciated and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel Parking for 18£ not so intuitive - Cambridge St. parking only 8£ much better and just opposite. Breakfast buffet and pool were insanely overcrowded and did not use either. Room was lacked bathrobe and slippers but had tea, good TV, ample space, chairs, tables, all of which were convenient. Overall the facilities could use slight modifications or more modern touches to improve the experience but it was well-kept. Staff did a good job also!

Stayed in Glasgow for one night and the hotel was perfect. Very close to the Buchanan Street, a very enjoyable walk, shopping street. The staff, room and breakfast all very good, professional and compatible with a 4-stars hotel. The car park was very convenient too. No issues to comment.
