Another great stay at this gem of a hotel. Room was very comfortable with a great view. Staff are fantastic.Breakfast was terrific.

Room very noisy. Bed and pillows uncomfortable

Lovely room, the milk was curdled when I used it for coffee, please change the milk cartons on tea tray every day, I wasted coffee every time i tried a different milk. Apart from that the room was warm and comfortable, small bathroom but shower was fine. Staff all lovely. 😁

Spotless and modern room, quiet location, friendly and competent staff, and very good food. Only possible negative was the smoke detector that flashed brightly all night… had to cover my head with a pillow to block it out. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Everything was to a great standard, thank you. From the welcome at the front desk to the cleanliness of the room, and the delicious food & good service in the restaurant. I hope we can come back again soon.

I've been working away on a weekly basis frequently this year and can say without any doubt that this has been the nicest place so far. Spotless room and ensuite, tea, coffee and biscuits etc spot on and the location was really nice. Hopefully my work books me in again. 👌

This is a beautiful property on the water in Queensferry. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with our needs.

Overall, our stay was excellent. The room was very comfortable, and the view of the bridges in South Isensferrt was absolutely lovely. We dined at the restaurant and were very impressed — both the food and the service were great. Our only issue was with the check-out experience. I had an important meeting at 11 and we politely asked if we could have a slightly later checkout — just by 30 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk was quite abrupt and didn’t respond kindly. Her tone came off as unnecessarily sharp, especially when speaking with my husband. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.
