I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Moskva, and I must say, it stands out as the best hotel in Serbia—perhaps even in all of Europe. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the most courteous front desk staff, a testament to the hotel's exceptional leadership.
Every aspect of my stay was truly delightful. The breakfast spread was nothing short of spectacular—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully curated to start the day on a high note. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and elegantly designed, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.
Beyond its remarkable hospitality, the hotel maintains an air of timeless sophistication, making every guest feel welcomed and cherished. If there’s one small suggestion I’d offer, it would be to consider adding CNN International and Bloomberg TV to the available channels, as they were not in service during my stay.

I liked everything except the fact that people smoke literally everywhere, and even if it is a non-smoking area, it is not properly isolated. But it is not just the Hotel’s issue, it’s in Belgrade in general.
In the hotel the elevators’ doors close way too fast, and I got hit on the shoulder a couple of times.

Kitchen staff not willing to prep coffee for early departure. Actually yelling back making you regret asking for a cup of coffee.
Booked a room for two people even though i travelled alone, to have a bit more room. So paid premium to have tilted bed, rolling to one side all night. I usually have decent stay at Moskva but this time was terrible. Hope it’s not a trend.

Old hotel. Small rooms. Even they don’t drop sleepers room. You need to call receptionist and get. No compliments water. No iron and no irin table. You need to use hotel iron service. No body lotions. Very small soap. Breakfast not reach. Still hotel using location advantage. If they didn’t improve such small things will lose new generation clients. Old fashion.

This was such a great stay and I don’t usually leave reviews. The highlight for sure was the restaurant and cafe.. you must try a piece of the famous cake there! Also it was great that this hotel was right off of the main pedestrian shopping road in Belgrade “Knyaz Mikaela” which made for a lovely stroll.

A hotel in the Art Deco/Balkans Baroque style with magnificent architecture and decor. Friendly and efficient staff. Out of this world rooms, especially the ones with a split level lounge and bedroom. A memorable stay. Will definitely return.
