The apartments are well-equipped with everything you need, including air-con bedrooms and a full kitchen, which is a real bonus. We appreciated having a washing machine too. The shared pool is on the smaller side but a welcome dip, especially with the shaded area. The staff were genuinely lovely and helpful, making us feel right at home. While not beachfront, the short walk is easy, and the peaceful atmosphere, with the gentle sound of the nearby river, was a nice touch. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located, and affordable base for your Beau Vallon holiday, Mer Rivière is definitely worth considering. We had a great stay and would happily return. We love our stay in Mer Riviere, is a very nice place, very safe, comfortable and close to the beach (walking distance). Nadia the property owner/administrator was super attentive and friendly. She was always there when we need her, specially when my mom got sick. Also she give us a very nice welcome with some delicious fresh coconuts. Our stay was perfect and we loved everything about it.
