Hotel Supreme

Next to our room was an AHU room which was very noisy so we couldn't rest and sleep, so instead of staying 3 nights, we only stayed for 1 night.

We tried this hotel before some years ago but it was not as bad as last week.

The hotel is old so it's not very comfortable, the pillows are really dirty, the pillowcases, sheets, and blankets probably haven't been changed, basically the hotel is not comfortable.

overall good, but no breakfast. so I haven't breakfast at all.

The room is very airy and cool, having a window is the choice I need most because it is good to receive the early morning sunlight very well. 10 stars.

Simple but satisfying, the stay was meeting all my expectations.

Good hotel and great location, shall return again.

Hotel Supreme is a great place to stay in the neighborhood of Orchard, even though it's cheap compared to the rest of the hotels nearby, but the room is very big and spacious, and it's near the shopping center.

The hotel is a bit creepy, the location is close to the bar so it's still crowded in the middle of the night The bed is a bit soft

We've a little bit shock when went to the barhroom. The bath tub was cracking, the soap dispenser was not well mounted. But, oke... I think this is an old hotel, but they manage to clean it well. But when it comes to our check out day. We're supposed to check out at 12.00. So early in the morning we go out from our hotel to do some activities. When we come back around 11.20s, one of our room (we booked 2 rooms), was opened wide and 2 of the staff were sitting and eating in our room. Our luggage was collected in other room, but some of our stuff still there. Even we have to asked where was my son jacket that previously left in that room. Not to mention our bottled drink that still left in the fridge. We got out jacket back, but come and sit in our room while we haven't checked out yet is unacceptable for me.

The sound of the bed from the room above was very clearly audible downstairs, so my little child asked, "Mom, what's that sound? What are you doing that makes the mattress make springs sound (adults will definitely understand what that means)."

Family member in another room had bed not fit or safe for anyone to sleep on. Spinal cord will hit the spring bed bottom. Bed should be discarded before anyone gets hurt. Fortunately was able to change room for a decent safe bed.

Quite pleasant, staff are friendly, quite helpful in providing information.

This hotel not consequence with chek in Early special in app can, but hotel not giving it. So I just once in my life to try this hotel!

Disappointed with this hotel. We booked and paid for a room for 2 beds. But the reason from the app was that it did not inform the hotel that we booked 2 beds. So we were only given a single bed. And this hotel is not family friendly.

Hotel close to Orchard. Very good service. Even though the hotel is old, it is clean.

Basically a filthy room dominated by cockroaches and dirty, dusty facilities. Be prepared to stare at the black hole on the ceiling in the shower. I survived their 3 nites, yey!
