It’s a good location near train stations restaurants and shops

Perfect location right at the heart of Chinatown. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Very tiny space so it’s tight for the four of us. The first day wifi didn’t work. The safe in the room didn’t work.

1 bedroom with washroom was perfect for one person. Excellent location and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

As on my prior visits the staff are awesome the rooms actually a good size for a shop house location and this is where this hotel really stands out... Location location location...

It's a good fun for the double bundle bed. My kids love it! We only there for one night. I think the cleaners is ok. Despite the room is very small.

We checked out early - not worth the money you pay. Super loud at night, mattress was dirty and smelt

This hotel room was totally unsuitable. The queen size bed was not a queen size bed. It was a mattress on the floor which you couldn’t get to round the edge. You had to climb from the end, impossible really with any older person, the step up to the shower and toilet was well over 14 inches high again very difficult for anyone with mobility problems, we didn’t stay as soon as I saw the room I booked somewhere else and they called me a taxi and we went away. I shall be trying to reclaim the money back for the hotel through my credit card.

This property is a dump now, not worth considering any more. Owners changed and they made the rooms even smaller. Very hard to even get into the hotel because boxes stacked in front 3 meters high, high levels of noise, smelly, windows that didn't close correctly. Staff was no better the girl working the front days was very sick, infecting the guests who need to do business. The overnight person working the front desk was gone at 1:50 am when we wanted to checkout. Stupid sign sad be back in 10 minutes. At 2:20 am we just walked out. left the key on the desks, room was prepaid and nothing wrong. Then we can talk about the size of the room, small is being generous, I have closets in my house that are bigger than the half shoe box. So if you want no services, a very small, very noisy room then this is the hotel for you. If you can live through your stay.

I never erver could recommend thi place they are absolutely unfair there was a mistake with my reservayion about the day ir was full i back 2 days ago explained my situation as i was stucked in Singapore ... despite they have free rooms they didn't want to give me a room..totally inflexible and blame Expedia saying they never recived any mail.. and the Expedia said they didnt responded... not sure whos saying the truth now... so I just have to think hundred times now before make a booking ... honestly i cant thiblnk how easy is dont return money people based on a fool policy as they have customers every day just thiiefs

Very average in every respect

I was extremely happy wit my stay. As a solo traveler, this was perfect for one. They do have bigger rooms and even one room is good enough for two, but I could definitely see why this may not work for 2 if not a couple or really good friends. Regardless, I loved how close this was to the China Town station (less than 3 minute walk) and there are so many foo options, stores and other awesome stuff to buy for self or others. A quick 10 to 15 minute walk in any direction will take you to amazing malls or other fantastic restaurants. Honestly, for the price, location and overall satisfaction with how wonderful the staff are, this is the place to pick if traveling on a budget.

It was a disappointing staycation. Don’t be fool by the balcony picture, it can’t be accessed, just a window. aircon is just blowing air. Requested for a change of room but was sort of downgraded and decided to stay on. Requested for a fan. Room quality isn’t great as compared to many others. For the price, it just isn’t worth it. No fridge, tv uses some china media app.
