Royal Hostel Singapore

It's okay. The price is quite cheap. I booked it specifically to watch F1 (some people in the room also came because of F1) (I booked a year in advance). The check-in staff was kind and chatted with me after I told them I was Thai. In front of the hostel is the way down to the MRT, very convenient, no need to walk far. There are a lot of restaurants around, I don't know the prices (but there's a 7-Eleven not far). Next to it are a lot of souvenir shops with cheap prices. The bathroom is clean and someone cleans it every day. You might get a good roommate because when I went in, I really just slept. Everyone tried to make themselves as quiet as possible so as not to disturb each other. The room was almost always dark. There is a hair dryer, a refrigerator, and soap and shampoo (I'm not sure if they're from the hostel, but they're in the bathroom. If they are, it's very convenient and you don't have to bring them too much. However, there are no towels provided, so you have to bring your own. Check-in and check-out are easy (fill out the form online). The only downside is that it might be random because I got a metal bed and slept on top, so it made some noise. I'm not sure if it was a wooden bed or not. The blanket also smelled a bit. I should have been able to change it, but I didn't ask for it. P.S. All of the above are female-only rooms. I'm not sure if the dormitory rooms are the same because they seem to be in a separate building, so the entire building is female-only (I think. I didn't see any men).

Right next to the train station so it's very convenient to get around; there are many good restaurants nearby, worth trying. The downside is that there's no elevator.

I think all of you should check in to this place.

Very convenient, very close to my accommodation. It's easy to get around, and there's always food available in the area. It's clean and the service is excellent. The price is affordable, so you can explore the city without worrying about transportation. It's right next to the Chinatown MRT station, which is great!

It was my 2nd time staying here, this time in a loft private room, so I had the room for myself. It was nice and I enjoyed my stay so much, with a very strategic location, I liked it best.

GIVE IT OK, NEAR THE CENTER. CLEAN, SAFE, ENTHUSIASTIC STAFF. WILL COME BACK TO SUPPORT MANY MORE TIMES

It's very close to the China Town Station. I stayed in the dorm room which share with the other 2 separated rooms and each bed doesn't have a curtain. Need to check-in at the opposite building and back to stay at another building.

Good location and clean room but the bathroom is really small and there is no soap at all

strategic location, but got the top bed with a very low ceiling, so you can't sit on the bed...just for lying down. asked to move beds but not allowed...even though there are still many empty ones. conclusion: NOT WORTH STAYING HERE

Good. Close to MRT. Easy access. Clean, fragrant and tidy room. If I go to Singapore, I will stay here again

It's practical if you want to go to a concert with a cheap price. Out of the MRT and there you find this hostel.

standard price for the facilities obtained there is a clothesline for the laundry area but wash it yourself and there is no laundry. there is a microwave to heat food there is a locker but without a key, thank God I am safe there is drinking water and ice cubes at the check in place. so far so nice

It's all right. The staff is pretty helpful, the Filipino staff are nice, they are lovely.

Near center, good location for travel. Easy and friendly staff. Bed very good.

Negative: Very confusing check in process. Had to go to another building to check in. I got a bed on the top, right in front of the AC, and the AC seemed like it had never been cleaned, making me allergic and breathing. The blanket given was dirty, making my body itchy. I couldn't sleep. The dining area only had a small table, the bathroom was connected to the toilet and was very small. Positive: the location is very close to Chinatown MRT. The hostel price is relatively cheap.

The staff were very friendly. An easy check-in/check out process. Minus, no mineral water, soap and shampoo, and no towel provided. So have to buy or bring your own.
