Great food options

I Booked “ Premier Marina Bay, 1 King Plus, Balcony, Marina Bay View” and the room view delivered. The view was incredible, extremely happy with the view. So worth the price. I would definitely stay there again and totally recommend. Location literally under MRT. Great area and I believe walking distance to Marina Sands Bay and Merlion.

Great hotel with excellent service and ammenities. Perfect location to explore everything Singapore has to offer, being right on the MRT and easy to grab taxis from also. Can walk to the Quays and the Mall next door is also very handy, and is across the road from Raffles for cocktails or High tea. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great hotel in a perfectly central location

The room was beautiful ans the location perfect. Convenient for public transport and food! The chevk in and check out was haphazard with no proper queuing mechanism. Awful 'modern' big dining table to navigate around woth your luggage tonfind help to check in. And it was very crowded. Felt like a market more than a 5 star experience.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Super convenient right above the city hall station and there is a drop off pick up lobby for easy access. There are many food and shop options in the basement. Will stay again!

Modern hotel in a great location. Views of Marina Bay from the upper floors are amazing!

Excellent option for travellers who want to be close to it all!! We had a great experience and loved the breakfast each day as well. The club lounge was so worth it with friendly staff and an epic view from the top of the building. Would highly recommend the Skaii restaurant for dinner.

We had been travelling for 6 weeks and decided to stay our last night in luxury. It truly was superb. Could not fault this hotel. Perfect location for exploring Singapore. Walkable to everything.

Excellent experience from the Club65 checkin through to our speedy checkout. I found the bed a bit hard but staff fitted a bed topper for us and it was great (thankyou). Location connected to Raffles Place and the MTR is wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Nice view from the hotel balcony! Really enjoyed my stay there.

The view from the room is fantastic! Noise insulation is good, quiet - you can’t hear neighbours nor outside corridor. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. It was flat and sinks down completely with no support. Now we both have stiff necks after sleeping on it. The room looks abit tired and have seen better days. There were a lot of dink marks and patch-up works on the wooden laminate floor and bathroom counter top. The knob of the bathroom shower faucet also came loose. We had to fix it back in in order to switch shower from rain shower to the handheld. This is not my first time in Swissôtel. Previous stays-rooms were in much better condition. Overall stay was still good but would have been awesome if room condition didn’t look so tired this time.

I booked the executive room which has a fantastic view of some of the iconic structures of Singapore. The room is spacious, the bathroom is clean and the amenities are great. Breakfast buffet was okay, could add some more options. But overall, it’s a wonderful experience.
