Our first time at Vibe Hotel Orchard left a great impression. The hotel is incredibly close to Orchard Road, yet it’s in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—something I never thought was possible! Just be aware that the hotel is a few minutes' walk uphill from Orchard Road, so it's a good idea to prepare yourself for the walk or take a taxi. We were welcomed by Ana, a super friendly and helpful front desk staff member. She even offered us a towel when she realized we had walked uphill from Orchard and let us check in early since a room was available. The room was nice and spacious, with a separate bedroom and a large bathroom that included a bathtub. We loved the scent of the soap they used! The room was neat, clean, and provided everything we needed. This hotel easily earns a 5/5 rating and is highly recommended if your main purpose for visiting Singapore is to shop on Orchard Road.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Easy walk to Orchard Road. Very clean and tidy. Staff exceptionally helpful. Nice pool area. Room was more than adequate. Best of all, great price for this area. Will be using again.

Property is old and due for an update. No easy dining nearby unless you can walk for 10 min. Electrical outlets for North American travellers is poor. Only one plug in room. Very nice shower.

The room that i stayed in 306 is not very quiet. Sometimes , I can hear people talking at night around midnight and very early in the morning, not sure if it is the guests who stay there or the employees who work there. It is on the very first floor, not much of a view. Since i stayed there only for 3 nights, did not want to pack my stuff to switch the room.

Hotel is a little ‘tired’ our room leaked water into the bathroom when it rained (they did solve the issue). Front desk team are extremely good, nice, friendly and resolve issues. Actually all the staff were very nice. There is building taking place next to the pool area so it makes it noisy when lying by the pool. There is nothing the hotel can do about that situation and will resolve once building is completed.

The room had good taste. It wasn’t big but with high ceiling and nice interior, it was very nice. Everything was very clean. I would stay here again!!
