Excellent customer service. The hotel is only a few blocks from the bus station, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though breakfast is scheduled from 6:30am, they were ready and available at 6am, providing me with plenty of time to eat and catch my bus at 7am.

We arrived at the hotel at night, without expectations, and after a tiring day of travel. We have found a team that is willing to help, lead and even drive the need. It was fun to see. Despite the language difficulties, we managed to bridge everything. In the end, if in the future we return to the area we will be happy to stay at this hotel. do not miss.

We really were pleased with our stay at Hotel Hallef. We were glad that it was close to both the bus station and to downtown, so it wasn't far to walk to either one. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly. When we went backpacking for a few days, they kept our bags for us until we returned. Breakfast was included and was sufficient. Continental with eggs upon request. The coffee was much better than we found elsewhere in Patagonia. A bit pricy for Chile but that's Patagonia in the peak season. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay - the walls are pretty thin, so a few noisy neighbors one night was annoying. But otherwise, the stay was great.

The experience overall was good with the exception of being able to access the hotel during the day.
We found on a particularly wet day that our plans were altered and on returning to the hotel that the desk wasn't unoccupied and that the only way we could gain access was knocking on the door until we were let in by the cleaner upstairs. When we went out later we had to get the cleaner to let us out and when we returned we again had to knock until the cleaner heard us.
The breakfast was also very light on as if the hotel was very bottom line drive.

Great views from some rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic selection but excellent breakfast.
A bit far from centre and restaurants, about 5 blocks. Noisy staircase.
