The Guesthouse is a good place to stay but it is operated without a live person on the premises. So if you arrive early or late there is no one to let you in. I understand that the check in time is 3 pm but if our flight arrives early and you want to access the place then there is no one to let you in. Maybe they have to make that clear on their website.

キッチンのある共有階に宿泊しました。
まず、トイレとシャワーノズルは同じ所にあり、扉の鍵は付けられていませんでした。なので2泊しましたが、シャワーは使いませんでした。朝洗髪だけしていました。タイル張りなのでとても冷たいため、冬場はシャワー浴びるのキツいかも知れません。また、部屋は冷房以外はありません。ベッドマットの下に電気マットみたいなものがあって入れれば温かいみたいな説明受けましたが、その近くにあるコンセントの上にテプラで発火の恐れがあると英文タイプしてあり、恐くて使用出来ませんでした。部屋の鍵は一個しか貰えないので、別行動する場合は不便です。オーナーは日本語出来ません。なので、翻訳アプリ使って聞きたい事は聞いた方がいいです。本当に駅から近いので、便利です。食べ物の調達や、日用品、化粧品は近くに購入出来るお店があります。（百均あり）屋台も結構あって、値段も安いです。どれも美味しかったです。

個室とは言え、壁が薄いのでお互い音には要注意。トイレとシャワー一体型のバスルームは日本人には使いづらい。歯ブラシが散乱していて衛生的では無かった。
「朝食付き」だったが、冷蔵庫の食材を使って勝手に自炊できるということらしい。
私は持参したカップヌードルを食べた。
地下鉄の駅から近く黄色い建物も見つけやすいし料金が安いので、寝るだけと割りきれば選択肢の１つにしてもいいかもしれない。

駅からとても近く、曲がり角も1回だけですぐに黄色の壁とかわいいうさぎのキャラクターが迎えてくれました。
当日に、何時にチェックインしますか？というメールをホテルから頂きました。あいにく気づけなかったですが、ゲストハウスはチェックイン時にオーナーが不在のことが多いためこのメールはとても好感が持てました。
チェックイン時の対応もすばらしく、とても親切にして頂きました。ゲストハウスならではのコミュニケーションをとることが出来て楽しかったです。
残念な点は、二階の部屋は路面からとても近いため虫が入ってきてしまった点です。あとダニがいたのか、寝るとき丁度露出してた部分だけ虫刺されみたいな跡になってました。
しかし、バスルームも共同ながら各階に一つづつあり、不便もなかったです。こまめにゴミも捨ててくださってるみたいで清潔でした！
またどうしても回基に泊まりたくなったら利用するかもしれません。

繁華街も近いので滞在するのにも便利。

駅から近いし、分かりやすい場所で良かったです。周辺には飲食店やスーパーもあり、とても便利でした。日本語が話せるスタッフの方はいませんでしたが、とても親切で英語やジェスチャーでいろいろ対応してくれて助かりました。ただ、部屋が想像してたより狭かったです。施設内はオンドルでとても暖かかったです。
