the staff is nice and friendly, but somehow the room is smells bad and not clean as I experience another kimchee downtown guesthouse, the room has no key lock for the locker and also the bed room, and somehow I found out there's a man come into my room in the middle of the night kinda scary, and also the heater is not working properly so I do freezing at night

Guesthouse is very near Hongdae, so it's easy to walk around, shopping and eat at good restaurants. The owner and staffs are kind and speak English well. We came to the guesthouse early before check in time and they are OK that we leave luggages before check in. And they were also kind that we leave luggages after check out as well.

This accommodation is close to subway and limousine bus stop. The man staff is very helpful.

The accessibility to subway station made it effortless to explore other parts of Seoul. The hotel staff attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously clean. The amenities provided, including the comfortable bed, modern bathroom facilities, and complimentary toiletries.

Excellent Location. Easy assessible to Hongdae Metro station. Hotel room is clean and neat. Daily Breakfast provided. Selection not a lot though.

I like stay in this guest house, the location is good. I like it because there are Big Daiso Store near the guest house. Maybe will stay here again next time when I visit Korea.

The staff were so rude, the room isn’t really clean, the room lamp is dim. The main problem is the staff, we were so tired and when we went for check in there’s no staff there, when we call them they didn’t answer, and then when we contact them by line, they talk so rude to us, when we don’t know what was the problem with them
