Convenient location and clean 👍

This hotel is located centrally just next to underground shopping mall, Bujeon train station, and underground metro stations. The entrance to the underground mall and underground metro is right in front of the hotel - about 10 steps at the most! There are several bus stops nearby so travel by buses is also easy. Breakfast is included with a wide range of items to eat from. Excellent value for the price - a strong recommend.

Everything was nicer than I expected. The room was clean and cozy enough to spend 2 nights there. Accessibility to the subway station was nice. However, the internet speed was very underwhelming. It was too slow to watch a Youtube video. As a business hotel, the internet speed should be better than this.

We checked into a family room for three people at Ibis Ambassador Busan City Centre. The room is spacious but feels outdated, particularly the bathroom. It features a toilet bowl and a bathtub with a shower curtain, and water tends to spill onto the floor during showers, leaving it mostly wet. The hair dryer is old-fashioned, and the bathroom lighting is limited and poor. Additionally, the room provides only one very soft pillow per person, and the bath towels are old and stained. The room's Wi-Fi is unreliable and frequently drops out. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it to friends or family.

Bathroom had mold on tile, especially in shower. The towel rod was broken. AC setting was difficult (I finally had to turn it off). The do not disturb sign malfunctioned (it worked later in the stay). Everything seemed old. For the price (US$150 for the last night), it was poor value.

Great location next to many small places to eat at Bujeon Market. The Line 1 MRT stops at the hotel intersection. Very central location to see other sites via MRT in Busan.

It was next to a market which was nice.

This property is very accessible to public transit and overall good. My only complaint was the laundry services. There are machines on the 10th floor. I did laundry late at night and came down 5 minutes after the wash cycle to find someone had moved my laundry (even though I saw no one during my time doing laundry and returned quickly after my wash cycle). This is not the fault of the hotel, but frustrating nonetheless.

Nice room, comfortable beds

Station was conveniently across the street. Accessible to all transportation. GS25 store, Starbucks and a restaurant downstairs from the hotel.

Fantastic, great location. Very clean. Great staff

The area of the hotel is excellent. The only compliant we have is that we were disappointed that we did not get any bottled water every day. There was a machine where you could get hot/cold water but when you tried the hot water button the water was cold. The shower curtain was very dirty.

Well this is a gorgeous hotel but the staff are not very attentive. We had a room which had no air con and was very hot. The window didn't open. It was a fight to get to a room which we could breathe in. The staff also forgot to fetch the new room key after saying they'd be back in a moment. Also a free coffee and cocktail was in our confirmation but they stopped that offer and just gave one us one free wine or beer. However the hotel is lovely and the room very nice
