The room is nice. Bathtub has a little stain on it but otherwise clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. Check-in and check-out is very quick. The room was nicely prepared, I arrived a bit earlier than check-in time but got the room right away.

The property wasn’t bad but the room was a little run down. It did not look as nice as the pictures. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets had holes and the towels were very old.

My stay was very nice but the room was quite dusty and I have allergies so it was a little bit of a struggle in that aspect. I highly suggest they move the table by the beds and clean really well as well as the light shades.

The hotel was very clean, stylish and the bed was very comfortable but the room's thermostat kept defaulting to 30degrees so the room was always far too hot! The location was excellent with great restaurants, bars and activities within a minute or two by foot.

I stayed there with a friend, while we attended the Spectrum Dance Music Festival. The location is great! You could walk to the stadium (we took a taxi to save time) as well as Lotte World in about 10-15 minutes. The surrounding area is perfect for eating and such, as there are many different options and most stay open well past midnight.

큰 욕조가 있는 방으로 업그레이드도 해주신건 좋았는데, 주말에 20만원 넘는 숙박비 내고 갔음에도 비치된 수건이 3개밖에 없고 어메너티가 없는건 실망이었습니다
