The room was very nice the shower flooded the bathroom every time you used it. good central location to restaurants

Very convenient with airport shuttle. A lot of restaurants are nearby! Room was spacious and clean.

Checker was speedy and very efficient. Our flight arrived early. They were able to give me indoor a room early with a slight charge. Rooms are very clean daily cleaning if you requested service to and from the airport was great.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet with a superb breakfast. Shuttle service is reliable and doesn’t require a reservation, despite what the hotel website says. Great value and an excellent airport hotel.

Well located

This is a great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport it has a shuttle bus but Unseo station is next door with train going to T1 and T2 there are places to eat and lotte department store and the staff are great

The property was very convenient to the Airport Railway subway line. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

very well

We stayed at Golden Tulip for two nights during long layovers in Korea. We wanted a hotel close to the airport with breakfast and shopping nearby, and overall it worked well. Breakfast was a highlight, with great Korean options like japchae, cold noodles, side dishes, and Shin Ramyeon. The coffee was excellent,the best I had on our trip. Western items were fine (eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries), though the cereal was stale. Shuttle service was the trickiest part. You need to register in advance, otherwise it may not come. The directions provided were wrong,pickup for Terminal 2 is at 8A (not 14C, which doesn’t exist). The shuttle runs only once per hour, skips 12 PM and 6 PM for meal breaks, and the ride takes about 30 minutes if you start at T2. With kids, that was tiring. Uber was a much easier option—pickup at 10C, about $10 USD. Drop-off was smoother: reserve in advance, be ready 5 minutes early, and it leaves right on time. Other notes: Staff were polite but not especially welcoming. They quoted 11,000 KRW per extra hour for late checkout, but didn’t charge us when we left 25 minutes past. Rooms were clean, decent-sized, and had a heated toilet seat. Being next to the train station is convenient, though you’ll hear some noise until about 9–10 PM. Shopping nearby is great—Daiso, Lotto Supermarket, Olive Young, plus convenience stores. Overall: Once we figured out the shuttle, it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast and coffee were excellent, and the location is practical

There aren’t enough people working there. Lady at the front desk was doing her best but they could have used two more. Still she was helpful and as pleasant as she could be.

Nothing is in standard, sleeping bed ,comforter are out of standard as description by your travel agent. The matress on bed can move easily when turning the body?

Tv did not work doing my stay. As I was leaving front desk, staff did not check her books claiming I did not pay for my breakfast when I did cash. That could’ve been a very bad situation because I did not have a receipt did not have proof of that I paid everything was logged in by hand with that can lead to mistakes. Door to my room does not have a dead lock, so it’s easy to get in not secure. Didn’t sleep very well because of that. That’s the only problem I found in the hotel.

A good stopover while I waited to go to the airport the next morning. The shuttle bus ride from the hotel to the terminal was useful.

Warning: Avoid this hotel The property is located right next to a train line, with loud noise continuing throughout the night.The so-called “breakfast” is misleading—there was no early morning service, and the dining room was completely empty. I was also surprised that even basic amenities, such as disposable slippers, were not provided in the room. Communication was difficult, as the front desk staff spoke very limited English. The worst experience, however, was with their shuttle service. I called an hour in advance to confirm and was told to wait at the designated terminal area, but the shuttle never arrived. I had no choice but to take a taxi. When I asked the front desk to cover the fare, the manager insisted I pay first and promised reimbursement through Expedia. That reimbursement never happened, despite multiple emails sent directly to the hotel and through Expedia. This hotel was dishonest and unhelpful throughout my stay. I strongly do not recommend it.

Great noodle place right there, plus close to transportation and the shuttle service was excellent
