The view from room was amazing! Hotel is right across from beach, entertainment, dining & some shopping. The view of the bridge right across the hotel was stunning.

I booked 7 nights based on good reviews, but this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The hotel sits above noisy restaurants and a bowling alley. All rooms are on the 11th and 12th floors. I requested a quiet room in advance but was given a 1st Avenue - Ocean Twin room directly above the noise. From late evening until around 4 a.m., loud club-like music played. It felt like sleeping above a nightclub. I called the front desk during the night, but they said they couldn’t help and would report it in the morning. The next day, the manager admitted they already knew about similar complaints but still gave us that room. They offered to move us, but the only available option was a smaller room. We were told we’d need to wait one or two more nights for a similar-sized one. We tried to be patient (they gave us earplugs), but Friday night was even worse. We lost two full nights of sleep and had to cancel our plans. I contacted Hotels.com to request a full refund. The hotel only offered a partial refund for the unused nights, saying we “used” the room. But we had no rest, wasted time trying to fix the issue, and had to urgently book another hotel at a higher cost. The manager focused more on their losses than on our experience. A room like the 1st Avenue - Ocean Twin, with known noise issues, should not be assigned without warning. If the hotel is aware of the problem, they have a duty to inform guests. I hope others don’t go through what we did.

The only issue I had is because I didn't speak Korean, so figuring out how to work the AC was annoying.

Great stay, great location!

Great location, lovely views from breakfast bar across the bridge and water, Penge t spot to watch the drone show on a Saturday evening. They also have very nice staff who were super helpful especially Genie. Rooms have very tired paintwork & aren’t as glamorous as the pictures. Price was fair for what we received. A good mid range option.

Fabulous location for Busan stay

We liked the unique moon-shaped layout with gorgeous water view. We appreciated the staff telling us that our initial reservation provided a smaller room for our party & gave us an option to upgrade at 50000 won to their largest room. We enjoyed the fridge & the massage chair. Was initially concerned when I saw the worn carpet in the hallway but the room was fine. We went to the karaoke club in on the lower level in the same building & had a great time. Lots of businesses & nightlife venues in the building & surrounding areas but the room was quiet.

Great hotel, very clean and great view of gwangan bridge.

A little hard to find. There is no advertisement in the front to see it. It is in a building and lobby is on 12th floor. They have storage for your bags because there is no early check in. Check out was easy. I left room keys on front desk, so it was seamless. The room was cute. Tatami style bed and had a foot spa in the room. Great view of gwangalli beach. Super close to food and bars.

Hotel is showing wear and tear in hallways and walls throughout. Faint cigarette smell in a non-smoking room. Great views of the beach and bridge! Bed is soft and comfortable and bathroom is spacious.

The rooms where great and amenities were ok. Though it advertised facilities / amenities like laundry which they didnt have. It was kinda difficult to actually see the hotel because there wasn't any big signs that it was that hotel. It was very convenient and mostly everything was at walking distance. But overall my experience was great.

Room was in desperate need of painting and deep cleaning. Bathroom was tight but clean and updated. No safe, or storage in the room. Full view of ocean was awesome but still changed hotels. Hard to classify this as a hotel. In this 12 story building only one floor for guests and one for lobby and restaurant. Room access areas are not tempered and carpets stained.

Enjoyed 3 nights at the hotel. The room was a little small but clean and the view from the balcony was fantastic.

우선 금액이 합리적인 가격이었다고 생각되고, 한 번 일정 변경이 이뤄졌었는데 호텔 측에 연락하여 변경 할 수 있었습니다. 고층이어서 뷰도 너무 좋았고 침구도 편하여 잘 보낼 수 있었습니다.

Confusing signage outside of the two buildings. There’s no difference in the names on the two different buildings for two different hotels. You go to the lobby and get notified that it is not your hotel. Parking fee has been already applied and no individual parking attendance is there to rectify unless you put your credit card and pay the fee.

The mattress needs to be replaced. There was some type of creature.

Great location right on the beach with great views of the Gwangalli bridge. Lots of seaside cafes to soak in the views as well. Staff was friendly and sweet. Bus stops like a 10 min walk away. The bathroom was a little challenging not to get water everywhere without a shower curtain but not a dealbreaker. Overall loved our stay!

Staff was foreign friendly and very efficient. The room was clean and had good space. This hotel is close to everything and we were able to walk to all of our locations.
