Very poor maintaining and location wasn't good

Design is good but old and poor maintenance!

The staff’s service was not professional and I didn’t see eye contact when they served customers.

Friendly staff but not much help with area surroundings and directions.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I feel compelled to share. They only gave me one key, and when I requested an additional one, they asked for a deposit. I had confirmed before booking that I could use 110v electronic devices, but when I arrived, they couldn't even distinguish between a transformer and a power outlet, and kept insisting on the deposit. When I asked if someone could help me with my heavy luggage, they sighed and initially refused, though someone else eventually helped. Despite the information stating that the ramen machine in the basement could be used until 9 p.m. on weekdays, they annoyingly told me it was closed at 8:30 p.m. and repeatedly refused service. My child wanted to try the ramen machine because of their experience with it in Korea, and it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However, they ruined our trip to Korea and every time we returned to the hotel, we regretted choosing it. We never want to stay at this hotel again, so we decided to stay at a different hotel for the rest of our trip.

No AC, next to train station which makes it hard to sleep with open window. Utilities in poor condition

Good location near university and station was great. Room was tired, had furniture missing, nowhere to put clothes or anything else. Not enough power outlets, no shower curtain and most days only one shower towel.

Outdated and dirty. Front desk feels like some cheap motel. I do not recommend anyone staying here. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of options in the area, so drive of take additional stations down for better stay.

Pictures looked nice but it is fairly dirty.

Staff was awesome, but our room was dirty. Dust and hair from prior guests, spider webs in ceiling corners. Tried to make some coffee but the kettle was nasty.

Rooms are tiny and stinky. Its a motel not hotel

Hotel outside appearance is deceiving. Very small room with dated cheap furniture sparse around the room. Plastic chairs and table that belong in the trash. Two hangers against the wall, and that is it; not to mention hard to control the air,. Mostly cold. Could go more. Still gave 3 out of 5 for the convenience of location.

Great property!

The room layout is fairly nice and all the standard amenities are there. The bed is firm but comfortable. Netflix on TV unit was a lot more convenient than I thought it would be as the TV moved fast enough through the selections unlike some of the other hotels. The area is fairly busy, but conveniently located next to the bus station and the train/subway station for easy access. Plenty of restaurants around and there is a department store right by it. The lobby area is small, but well laid out. The staff can see you when you enter to greet.

I stayed in a suite room which i got for a great price, so i was going in satisfied. This was my second time staying here. The first time was in August when I came to Seoul to say goodbye to a friend, and I believe i stayed in a double bed room at the time. Beds were great, ability to control the temperature, amenities, all there. Both rooms had great price and size. Suite room was fantastic. My only real problem was that the sinks I had were sort old, dirty and drained slow. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I enjoyed the stay. It was clean and the staff was so nice.

I had to go see my friend for her birthday and leaving Korea during the midst of thr COVID-19 outbreak. The hotel is conveniently located next to Cheongnyangri Station, with a cafe underneath and a convenient store near by. The hotel provides all necessary amenities and the rooms are quite nice. I liked that they provide two pillows per person instead of just one. More comfoetable that way. The only minor issue is that at night, my room was a bit too warm when i was in bed, even with the AC on. I could tell because my moisturizer got liquidy instead of drying. Other than that. No complaints.

Clean, right outside the station. The room was nice and clean as well. There’s a fee for early check-in, but that’s understandable.

Good location and easy access to subway , shopping mall.
