한라산등반 후 객실 내 대형 욕조에서 근육 풀고 세탁기로 빨래하고 근처에서 밥 먹는다 직원은 엄청 친절하고 숙소내 가구는 모두 원목이라 고급지다 여름에 사용된 천장 에어컨 곰팡이만 닦아내면 아주 좋겠다 그 외 모든 것이 완벽하다

Perfect stay! Check in was smooth and the hotel room is fantastic. I especially enjoyed the furnitures and the hot tub. Location is great literally 2 minutes from the beach. Short walking distance to my favorite restaurants. The staff were also super nice. I wish to stay longer but I’ve already booked the return trip so only stayed for two days.
Will definitely stay here again if I visit Jeju in the future!

Comfortable room and a fantastic English speaking staff member who really went out of his way to help me with a problem. Perhaps too close to the airport as planes almost feel like they shake the building sometimes. They could use new carpets in the hallways.

Room was smelly as well as the bathroom. Staff was friendly but unable or tried to converse in English or seek help from other staff. Breakfast was so disappointing and only has few selections. The average high rating in hotels.com of this property is not justified. I would probably just give it a 6 to 6.5.

Hotel is NOT where it is on the map. Its actually near the water which was preferable but confusing to find. Rooms are really nice with a large comfortable bed and the best bathroom I have seen in a while. Each room had a giant Jacuzzi style bathtub that could fit multiple people. We were driving, so this was a nice place to use as a home base for day trips. Loved the seafood restaurants that were within walking distance. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you have a kitchen and a small store just a 5 minute walk away. Note: pool is drained once summer has ended

Our room was very big and comfy. We had a gorgeous bathroom and a hot tub! There wasn't a cafe or a restaurant in the hotel which was a shame and the pool was only filled about 10cm full so we couldn't use it.
The only real issue is that the hotel is not where the hotels.com website said it was! The map on the website says it's in Jeju City and that is why we booked it. However when we arrived it turned out that it was right by the sea and the airport, so the view out our window was of the runway. A bit misleading...

It is a very nice hotel, pretty room and all. However, location is not ideal and no cab driver knows where the place is. The number provided by expedia is wrong and the address seems to be as well. Would not recommend to anyone. Not very close to anything either. Although the pizza place near the hotel is good.
