Everything about the room was amazing, although the two queens pushed together made a huge and kind of awkward king. The top floor bar can be skipped unless you feel like staying there all night for the all-you-can-drink beer. Otherwise the drinks are way too expensive. Restaurant seemed disused. Overall, quite happy with staff, service, and quality of hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Anyway, staff, see

Convenient location for getting to the airport and duty free store.

Spacious room but looked rundown. Room looked empty and you can see the touch up done to the room. Overall the stay was so so.

My only real complaints were that the desk staff were not unkind, but didn’t go out of their way to be helpful. I almost felt like an inconvenience. Also, the faucet over the bathroom sink is a joke. It’s so close to the back that water gets everywhere. It was not well thought out and you can barely get your hands under it to wash them. Moving the sink back a bit further on the vanity top would have solved the problem, but clearly whoever designed the bathroom wasn’t thinking about people actually using it. I literally will not stay here again just for that.

Acceptable hotel but bad toilet design, water dripping everywhere from the sink. Room was big but the dark red paint made it looked v dark.

Location is at the end and corner of street so taxi drivers do not know the location but with KakaoT was able to get to the hotel. Service staff do not understand English but willing to help so will take a longer time when you need information from them e.g. how to get to the location. Hotel staff is glad to hail a taxi for you and taxi comes in a jiffy.

Good sized room, removable toiletries, slippers and dressing gowns provided. Parking located nearby. A friend asked the hotel staff if they could book a taxi for me to the airport in the morning and was assured they would if I told them roughly 15 minutes before I needed it. I did so and was told that there were instead lots of taxis on the street. As I don’t speak Korean this was unhelpful given it would have involved me trying to flag down a taxi and explain where I was going and find out the cost. Luckily I had sufficient cash on me to use Kakao Taxi. Additionally although the room had air conditioning we were told it could not be used because it was Spring. It’s very odd to advertise a hotel as having air conditioning and then for the hotel to decide whether the temperature and humidity are sufficient to permit it’s use. Clearly guests will have different requirements depending on the weather they are accustomed to.

Hotel location really nice near with food street and staff are friendly and kind. They explain everything very well. Also i got no prob while checkin n checkout. Room also comfortable and clean.. bed are good too.Toilet also quite nice

리모델링을 새로 한것 같으나 방에 이상한냄새가 나서 방을 바꺼도 같이 냄새남 직원은 친절해서 그건 넘 좋았지만 냄새때문에 문을 열고 잤더니 감기가 ㅠㅠ

근처 호탤 묵은적 있는데 시설이 더 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절하시시고 앞에 바로 도로가있어 차량이 많이 다니더라구요 버스 택시 이용도 편하고 누웨마루거리도 가까워서 좋았어요!

Location is quite convenient, can access New Jeju City download by walking distance. But there is not much cafe around the building which providing breakfast. The room is clean, and the bed is good! Room size is OK, not too small for 2 people. Most of the staff are polite and helpful, they can speak very good English without any communication problem.
