Migliore Hotel Seoul Myeongdong

The hotel was easily accessible to the subway, bus, and to Myeongdong street. Hotel was safe and staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

This was such a great property to book if you’re wishing to be in the heart of Myeongdong. It makes it such a convenient place to stay because the property itself is in the same building as Olive Young, Metcha Cafe and other stores. Because of this it can get quite busy when using the elevators but the noise itself isn’t such an issue. Would definitely recommend and would consider coming back to this hotel when we go back to Seoul. The rooms are clean however they could do with modernising but in all honesty you spend less than 1/4 of your time in the actual hotel and so I don’t see it as such a con. We also availed the buffet breakfast option and found breakfast to be quite good. It has a good selection and would cater for both western and Asian palettes. Over all 4:5 stars!!

Reception service needs improvement

This is my first time going to Seoul and this place is so convenient to everything (steps from shopping, lots of food options (street food, restaurant, etc.). The price is very affordable and they provide free lockers just in case you arrive early or want to leave later.

Great location!! If you are looking to stay in Myeongdong, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s not in the middle of the bustling shopping area~ it’s more at the end of the market which you can navigate from all over the open streets to get to where you need to get to. Also, if you’re ever hungry, there are late note (24hr??) restaurants right across the street. Oh!! And one of the best thing about this hotel was the fact that you can catch a taxi without calling for one right by the bus stop in front.

Location wise, its conveniently located to access Myeongdong. Parking is avaliable.

Extremely well positioned hotel right next to subway and bus routes. Hotel was clean but a little worn. Staff were wonderful.

AC is weak and limited to adjust the unit

The hotel is well located i the shopping area and next to myeongdong station. But the hotel is old and there is too few lift serving the guest rooms, having to wait awhile to get in.

PROS: Few steps from myeongdong street and has olive young and other stores in the building....close to main attractions..center of seoul tourism...lots of cafes..and food stores around the vicinity..has convenience store and money exchange in the building with good rate...PROVIDES BOTTLE WATER IN THE ref...they have buffet restaurant also and. The food is good ... CONS: The air conditioning is not cool enough..have to ask for a desk fan...

Location

Location was great. The rooms and lobby were super small. They did not let us check in before 3 at all but did save our bags.

Location was perfect. Close to Myeongdong streets, super convenient. Unfortunately the hotel did not have adjustable temperature so it was pretty hot during most of our stay.

Overall a good stay however I didn’t see any outlets next to the bed. Just one in the corner on a table next to the bathroom.

Pro is besides Myeongdong station. Streets shopping n food eatery . Hotel basic n aged. Small bathroom n water pressure not strong. Staff likely overwork cuz don’t see simile on their faces especially the male staff. They do answer query but just lack the warm feel for front line.

We leave our luggages into the lockers provided by the hotel before the check in time. We went back to check in before 3pm and we found out that 2 of our luggages were not in the lockers where we have locked (we even took photo of the lockers) we approached the hotel staff and she is not helpful at all . Later we found our luggages in some lockers that is not locked at all so the hotel management must do look into this issue.

The location was perfect! Close to subway exits and Myeongdong shopping! Room was always cleaned everyday. The fridge and safe were appreciated! Our room temperature was too high and our room was hot even though we tried to adjust the temperature. The bathroom did not have anywhere to hang towels. The mattress was a little hard. Overall it was a good place to stay if you’re not super picky and again the location was great - close to shopping, transportation and restaurants.

Very near to myeongdong station and near the food street. Lots of shopping and food nearby as well

Most of the things are nearby, just that not enough sockets in the room.
