I like this place for the value and comfort.
I stay here occasionally. However, this time the bathtub was dirty. The pillows are not soft. It looks fluffy but not comfortable at all. I hope they do something about the pillows. The breakfast buffet was quiet and clean.
Overall I like this place but I hope they keep the quality up to survive. There are more hotels under construction at Naksan beach

The room was clean, comfortable, and modern with a beautiful ocean view. Staff were helpful and kind. The hotel is in a great location right next to the Naksana temple on one side and several restaurants on the other side.

온돌 객실 3인 투숙했습니다. 체크인 전부터 온돌을 가동하여 입실하자마자 따뜻한 방에서 휴식을 취할 수 있었던 점이 가장 인상적이었습니다.
이전에도 지인 추천으로 숙박했던 곳이고, 그때 숲 뷰, 오션뷰 모두 묵어봤는데 둘 다 좋았어요. 개인적으로 침구도 편안하고, 무엇보다 "조용하고 깔끔한" 곳을 가장 선호하는데 그 부분에 있어서 항상 만족하는 곳입니다. 이번에 투숙한 온돌 객실은 1층이어서 뷰 만족도는 상대적으로 떨어질 수 있겠습니다만 바닥의 뜨끈함으로 피로 회복하느라 뷰에 대한 아쉬움은 전혀 들지 않았습니다ㅎㅎ 그리고 호텔 입지가 좋고+객실이 1층이기 때문에 바다 보고 싶으면 그냥 나가면 됩니다ㅎㅎㅎ
체크인부터 체크아웃까지 만난 모든 직원분들이 친절하셨으며, 군더더기 없이 깔끔한 안내 덕에 편하게 좋은 여행이 되었습니다. 부대 시설 역시 관리가 잘 되고 있어 쾌적하게 이용하였습니다.

전망이 좋아요. 4층 옥상에서 일출을 볼 수 있어요. 제가 간 날은 구름이 끼어 못봤습니다. 욕조가 있어서 좋아요. 주차가 편합니다.

걸어서 낙산비치 산책하기 좋고 홍련암과 낙산사도 바로 옆이라 들리기 아주 좋았습니다
특히 방안 침대에서 볼수 있는 여명과 일출은 정말 아름다웠습니다

방 컨디션도 좋고 깔끔하게 관리되어 있음. 디자인도 10년전에는 완전최신이였고 지금도 전혀 촌스러워 보이지 않은 현대적인 방임. 4층 하늘정원에서 일출을 바로 볼 수 있다는 것과 낙산사에 바로 연결되어 바로 걸어갈 수 있는것 아주 큰 장점임. 다만 낙산해수욕장은 걸어갈 수는 있지만 고성쪽 해수욕장에 비해 오수냄새도 나는등 그다지 깨끗하지 않아서 몸 담그기는 좀 그래서 그닥 장점이 아니고, 호텔이 작아서 레스토랑이나 부대시설로만으로 재미있게 지내기 어려움. 방안에 수영복 널어둘 곳도 애매함.

I did not received the welcoming when I check in at the front desk than other 4star.
There are some inconvenient thigs as follow,
- No soap in the shower room
-No information how to use kind amenities so I should be study how to use.
-I am not sure that the carpet is clean or not,
-Make me uncomfortable when I wore shoes, no shoe hone.
-I was a a little bit scare due to hallway light was a so dark and show room did not closed at night..... It was a good condition for a room, food menu consist and kinds were okayed and delicious, but coffee quantity is not enough for me, no bad smell in the room, Public Space has a maintaing cleaned.
