부모님 모시고 간 여행이었는데 너무 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 전반적으로 시설이 고급스럽고 깨끗하고 청결했어요. 울산바위뷰를 받기 위해 두 번 호텔에서 기다리고 웨이팅하는 번거로움만 빼면 울산바위뷰를 방에서 오롯이 즐기는 감동이 있어요!

Stunning view of Seorak Mountain. Only 15 minute or so to drive to the park entrance. The breakfast buffet was decent for the value. Really enjoyed their Italian restaurant. Our ocean view royal suite was absolutely perfect! The resort is gigantic and beautiful. We ended up staying one extra night. Highly recommend.

한갑 기념 가족 여행이었는데 깨끗하고 쾌적한 숙소에서 잘 놀다 왔습니다. 특히 물 수압이 높고 침구가 깨끗한것이 인상적이었어요.

바닥에도 머리카락이 있었고, 특히 골드스위트 발코니 욕조는 물을 받았더니 먼지와 엉킨 머리카락이 떠다녔어요. 늦게가면 저층 배정받으니, 설악뷰 돈내는 의미 없어요. 그리고 수영장에 이제 아쿠아슈즈 무조건 신어야해서, 아니면 사서 신어야 입장가능합니다. 100cm 이하 아기들 구명조끼도 무조건이니 챙겨가세요. 매년 가던 곳이었는데 체크인부터 제대로 실망했어요. 다른곳에서 주무시고, 뷰보이는 카페이용만 하길 추천합니다.

가족이 함께 하기에는 아주 훌륭합니다. 내부 구조, 온천욕 등이 훌륭합니다. 다만, 에너미티가 부족합니다. 샤워가운, 바디로션이 없었고, 주방용품(컵, 칼 등)이 부족했어요.

지하로 다른 건물들까지 다 이어져있고 지하엔 왠만한 식당,편의시설이 있어서 리조트 내에서 다 해결 가능했어요.
룸컨디션이나 뷰는 아주 좋았고 방음도 잘되었습니다.
다만 아쉬운 점은 겨울엔 중앙난방식이라 방에서 온도조절이 안되는 점, 오후10시에 난방을 끊는데, 난방이 될때는 덥고 끊으니 슬슬 추워지더라고요.

울산 바위가 보이는 방에서 하루 종일 울산바위만 넋놓고 보았네요. 그저 힐링이 됩니다. 방도 적당한 가격이어서 가족들과도 함께 오고 싶네요.
