This hotel was right off the public beach with easy access to so many great spots. The room and view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

I really liked this location. It's close to everything on Haeundae Beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good also. I can't wait to see it when the renovations are complete. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Our experience here is great! Hotel staff are friendly, they allow us to check in earlier without fees. The hotel is near the beach, aquarium, and many good restaurants and convenience stores.

We got the executive suite which provided more room for our toddler to run around but there was poor room design. There were no outlets near the bed. No light switch near the bed. There were only two outlets in the entire room that was across the room from the bed. The light switch was also across the room from the bed. The worst was the bathroom. The shower curtain does not go around the tub, with every shower the water would leak onto the floor. The floor was basically flooded afterwards.

Staff was very accommodating and switched out our room on second night due to rowdy neighbors. Overall rooms were clean, especially the bed and sheets. Very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The only downside was the loud ass drilling from construction that began at 7am.

Clean spacious hotel, really good location right in the heart of haeundae market/haeundae beach. We did run into an issue with the power, but the hotel was really quick to help by sending an electrician to our room to fix the issue.

Hotel reception is on the 9th floor of a mixed use building. Bed is a box spring. You can feel the coils. Requested to be moved to another room with better bed after our first night. However. was told all their beds are the same and supposedly newly replaced. Aside from that, on our second night, we could smell fried food coming through the room somehow. It is good for location. Steps from the beach and subway. But not much for quality of stay.

Foi quase tudo perfeito, o hotel está em uma excelente localização, o quarto é amplo, tem limpeza dia sim, dia não. Oferecem água, chá, café. Não sou muito fã de cortina no banheiro, no meu quarto tinha. Por ser em um edifício compartilhado com outros estabelecimentos, pode acontecer algum imprevisto como no meu caso que um dos andares decidiu usar um produto forte como tíner às 21h30, na hora que eu estava me recolhendo e o cheiro subiu para todos os quartos do hotel. Espero que isso seja esporádico e que obtenham o controle de não fazer isso à noite. Mas entendo que não seja uma questão/responsabilidade do hotel, por isso não o penalizaria na avaliação.

Great location in Haeundae beach. 5mins walk to subway station and the bustling street market is just directly across. There are also many cafes and shopping along the road. Only one front desk staff everytime but the staff are fluent in English. The suite room is quite big but little rundown. My first room was given 11th floor, I booked the superior suite with balcony but only have partial sea view as it was blocked by the billboard sign. Then I requested to change to higher floor but 12th floor was also blocked view. The staff said the higher floors are taken. So disappointing.
