Very clean, huge and location was amazing

I booked this hotel specifically because I had a bathtub. Surprisingly there was no hot water nor was there hot water in the morning to take a shower for me to leave the Hotel also had a weird smell in the room like sewer. The room was clean.

The staff cleaned our room everyday and helped wash and dry our laundry as well! We booked a suite that has 3 rooms and 4 beds for the 6 of us. It comes with a kitchen and sitting and dining areas that are very suitable for making some simple meals. The staff at the reception were great too. They helped us book a jumbo taxi to the airport, which cost similar price as the airport limousine for our party.

Excellent location. Many shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Room layout is great. Very clean and spacious. We stayed on 8th floor as I read it from the reviews that it’s quite noisy in the night as shops immediately downstairs didn’t close until midnight. Yet I could still hear the noise. Not ideal for light sleepers. I put on ear plugs so not an issue. We stayed in a two bedroom layout and one room does t have windows. Overall I am v happy with my stay.

Very average hotel — I wouldn’t go back. This place is undeniably Instagrammable, but comfort and practicality were clearly an afterthought. It feels like a half-baked concept focused on aesthetics rather than the guest experience. Room: The bed and pillows were uncomfortable — hard mattress yet unsupportive, cheap-feeling pillows, and no master switch by the bed, which is basic in most hotels. The A/C worked but was noisy, and there’s no proper ventilation. The couch had visible stains, and a bright emergency exit sign ruined the blackout feel. Bathroom: Spacious shower with great pressure, but drainage was slow and caused flooding. The glass door lacked a stopper and could easily break. Missing basics like towel hooks or hand towels handles that makes it feel unfinished. Spa Bath: They promote salt baths but don’t provide any salts. You can’t use the tub after 11 p.m., and it takes nearly two hours to fill — impractical and disappointing. Other Issues: Noisy overall, and there was street construction at 2 a.m. during my stay. Service: Staff seemed tired and not particularly friendly, though free umbrellas and 24-hour laundry service are nice touches. Overall, a stylish but poorly executed hotel — looks great in photos but fails on comfort, rest, and real hospitality.

Gorgeous accommodations in the middle of hustling bustling Meyongdong. The room was clean, smelled fresh, roomy and had an excellent layout. Very convenient location.

There’s a cafe/bar across the block we stayed and the music is quite loud and they only stop only until midnight. Also felt that it’s not very safe as anyone can enter the hotel and take the lift to any floor. Just no key to the rooms.

The room is clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is great! Only about 2min walk to subway station and to Myeongdong shopping district.

5 stars for the front desk staff and Manager Taylor. They were very helpful and handled issues promptly. Location is also 5 stars. The property, however, needs upgrades, rooms are small, one tiny mirror for 2 rooms to share. The spa is good, the kitchen is good and the daily supply of bottled water was a nice touch.

Great area but the room was in a building that they are still renovating. Rooms are more basic.

We absolutely loved our stay at UH Suite The Myeongdong! The location couldn't be more perfect—right in the heart of Myeongdong and just a block away from the Myeongdong train station, which made getting around Seoul incredibly easy. We stayed in the Annex Deluxe Family Suite which featured 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and appeared to be newly renovated—perfect for families or larger groups. The staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being able to borrow umbrellas on a rainy evening and the convenience of storing our luggage after checkout. The only minor issue we encountered was a backed-up drain in one of the showers, which caused some flooding. However, the staff responded quickly and came to check on it. They refreshed our bottled waters and towels daily and cleaned the suite on the 4th day which worked for us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. You simply can't beat the central location and great service!

Avoid!!! We got the “Annex” building next to the actual building we saw online. We paid US$500 per night and our rooms have NO windows. There were 3 fake windows that couldn’t even see through them. Room was dark and misty. Drain didn’t work, shower stall have leak. Across the street is a bar / cafe. We don’t even know what it is. Loud music starts early and continues throughout the night. They do offer free laundry but beware!! You get your clothes back so wrinkled that you can even wear them. Also they limit you to 1 bag a day. There is no DND sign. Housekeeping knock on door everyday. Ground floor door is always open. Not secured whatsoever as anyone can walk inside the building. Overall this property did not worth the price!! There are other nicer hotels in the area

Travelled with girlfriends and this hotel was convenient to Myeongdong shopping. Room was exactly as in the photos and quite spacious.

Great location and the spa tub was wonderful!

The front manager Irang was wonderful, she provided us amazing reccomendations and was super friendly :) the place was stylish and comfy, and location was centrally located.
