Very cute cottage home with nice fire and very friendly owners. Only thing is the rooms are a little smaller than expected, but they were friendly to try to change me to a bigger room. Aslo, they were very helpful and even offered me a ride to a place to start the last miles of the camino walk. Thank you.

Adorable spot in an immaculately renovated house. Beautiful and warm. Not the most private feeling ground level rooms as the windows open to a path that circles the house. I would go back to this charming spot again.

This is a beautiful place to stay in the countryside, and a short taxi to the airport.
Beautiful, comfortable rooms. We purchased dinner and wine from the hosts. So delicious! Thoroughly enjoyable. Unfortunately we had to leave early the following morning so we didn't get to stay for breakfast. But this is a place that I'd like to return to someday. Great value for the money.

This renovated farm house from the 1600’s was the most charming characteristic properties we have ever stayed in. Beautifully renovated retaining the stone, timbers and beams, it was a delight to be there. Don’t expect a swimming pool, gym or any of the other big hotel amenities. But A Casa da Torre Branca makes these amenities look trivial. Good breakfast is served at a very reasonable price and the dinner that is offered (choose fish or meat) was the best beef I have had in a long time. We were encouraged by the kindly proprietor to choose the meat as he said Galician beef is the best! Not very much English spoken here but we managed just fine. Ten minutes’ drive to Santiago or there is a bus stop just down the road. Just wish we could have stayed longer, and if we ever return we would 100% stay here again!

The hotel/casa originates from the 16th century, with tasteful additions to the original stone building. The casa is owned by a family, supported by a small team of staff who were always friendly and helpful. Our room was slightly small, but served its purpose. The 4 course dinner was 15 Euros with a bottle of wine for 10 Euros. Breakfast was continental with a small selection of hot food.
A taxi to and from the centre cost about 27 Euros in total, and the drive to the centre is about 10 minutes. We can highly recommend this casa as a unique and pleasant place to stay.
