Perfect location for most attractions with plenty of places to eat nearby. Room was beautiful with two full length juliet balcony windows. We had no issue with noise even though corner room above the street. Very comfortable bed and large modern bathroom. Staff were very friendly and gave us lots of useful advice on places to visit.

The hotel is in a great location and very comfortable. They provided a small bottle of wine twice to our room as a thank you gift. They also provided water, soda, beer and snacks for free.
The staff is really nice and we will definitely stay here again when we go back to Sevilla

Charming boutique hotel that was perfect for my 5-day visit to Seville. The room was excellent - wonderful firm mattress, excellent lighting, plenty of drawers and closet space and a strong air conditioning system ( a must in Seville). The staff were extremely warm and accommodating. The location was perfect as it was a 5 to 15 minute walk to all the sites I visited including those across the river. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and even free concerts on Friday and Saturday evenings across the street - the music should not have impacted hotel guests though. If there was one drawback it was the somewhat limited breakfast buffet compared to larger hotels so it was a bit overpriced although the rooftop setting was nice. I opted for a lighter breakfast in the cafe next to the lobby which was perfect most mornings. I highly recommend the Adriano for those who prefer boutique hotels.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a delightful five-night stay at the Adriano Hotel in Seville. During our 20-day trip through Spain, we stayed at five different hotels in five different cities—and the housekeeping staff at the Adriano was by far the best. They kept our room in immaculate condition every day, and we were especially impressed by their attention to detail: they noticed a hook had come loose from a drape on one of the tall windows and fixed it the very next day.
While the hotel does not have a dedicated concierge desk, the reception staff more than made up for it. Every receptionist we interacted with was well-informed, friendly, and eager to help. They made excellent restaurant recommendations and handled reservations for us. Eliza, one of the receptionists, guided us to what turned out to be one of our best meals in Spain on our final night in Seville.
This is a charming, small hotel with outstanding service and a fantastic location. We would happily stay here again.

The property doesn’t quite qualify as a boutique hotel. The furnishings are old and dated, and the staff’s friendliness was inconsistent—some were helpful, others less so.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the WiFi connection was unreliable. While I understand that one night the entire city experienced an outage, the connection was spotty even on other days.
Additionally, while the WiFi is supposedly included with the room, you’re required to provide a lot of personal information—including your birthdate—just to access it, which felt excessive.

Lovely Hotel . Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice welcome on arrival and offered colds water to drink straight away. Waitressing in both the bars very good , nothing was to much trouble. Reception staff very helpful when we arrived and went with us to help park the car in there own private car park. Would highly recommend this hotel great position for walking out to attractions, bars and restaurants .
