The staff are great. The room was nice and the pool is clean. Close to beach. Good for family with one kid or single parents with two kids.

Great location just a few minutes from the beach. The gentleman at reception was really nice and friendly, apartment was perfect for the two of us - plenty of space and clean. Pool area clean and quiet. Would highly recommend

The rooms were very nice. The bed vould have been better snd kitchen a little better equipped. My stay, however, was excellent.

No luggage store for later flights, just told to leave in reception area where anyone could access it.

Something is a prison about this place. Poor decor. Internet didn’t work. No usb charging ports. Hard to get into. Keys didn’t always work.

Thierry on reception checked me in. Excellent customer service skills being very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Room was everything I needed and kept very clean by housekeeping lady. Good location and reasonably priced onsite parking.

Hotel room was ok no air conditioning

to start Hotels.com messed up my booking. I asked for 2 rooms in 1 apartment. they booked me 2 apartments and would not refund one of them. I contacted the hotel and explained im a single mother with a disabled adult who needs one to one and a child. The hotel said they couldnt refund either but would take it higher. thats the last i heard about it. so i paid for an apartment that was empty. As for the apartments, the shower was broken in one of them, would not stay in holder so had to hold it while trying to shower. both flooded and the bathrooms stunk of drains. The extractor fan above the hob was hanging off. . broken sofa. no kettle. No AC, really hard to sleep. The beds had 2 thin mattresses on top of each other , which slipped apart from each other, you were lucky not to wake up on the floor. The pool closed about 8. the pool bar closed at 5 or sometimes earlier. no other means of getting drinks, food or snacks. no entertainment at all, not even a pool table or swing. No ball games anywhere, not even in the pool. You were not allowed anywhere on the property after 10 in the evening, except for your own balcony, which had only one chair for 3 people. would definitely not recommend to families. had we not had trips booked each day my children would have been so bored. The only good thing was the friendly staff

Front desk was very helpful and kind. Our room was quite far from reception so the wifi did not work. It is close to everything - supermarkets, beach, restos, etc. We did not experience any of the amenities (pools, etc.

This place was a 3 minute walk to the beach and there were lots of places near by to eat and pubs. A 10 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre, and there is a five minute walk to the bus stop. We took a cab ride there from the airport and took the bus back, #66, each taking the same amount of time. The reason we did not take it from the airport was because we would not know where to get off. We had a nice little apartment with a huge balcony. They cleaned every second day. The staff there were friendly and helpful, while there I needed to see a dentist. The receptionist found me one near by with a same day appointment.

Had a lovely stay on the run up to Christmas 2023. the place is spotless. very comfortable beds. The pool was great. the reception staff were amazing and could not be more helpful. it is very near to Playa de Anglais.

Staff on site, particularly Daniella, were most helpful and answered any questions that we had.
