AYZ Sierra de Meira - Auto check-in property

This place is auto check in right? So if you need a towel because they forgot you were 2 people you need to use one towel for both, easy right? No one will answer you, don’t lose your time. Otherwise not the best place at all

No pude utilizar el air bnb, estuve intentando 2 horas ingresar, y nunca confirmaba el correo, queiro mi dienro de regreso

The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in.

Check in was VERY difficult. I booked through Expedia that gives scam warnings against putting your credit card into any other website. To do the traveler check in you must put in your card. I changed my SIM card to travel and they sent a text to my American sim, making me unable to check in without switching.

Good and easy to find

The property and room didn't look like the pictures. The shared washrooms were very small compared to the pictures online. We won't be staying here again.

Super clean

*Mold Alert* This was one of the most disappointing and unclean stays I've ever had. The biggest problem that I had with the hotel is the fact that our room had a strong mold smell, which we later learned that our private bathroom was covered in mold (mainly in the shower and ceiling). It was very apparent that the bathroom wasn't cleaned before and even long before our stay. My partner and I had to endure this for an entire night seen that we arrived late (it was self check in) and we had to put my health in jeopardy because it was too late to find a replacement and we were extremely tired from our travels. I later tried reaching out to the staff through expedia and I never received any response. Aside from the mold, there was markings on the walls. It is a shame that the property management team is allowing people to stay in such conditions.

Just what we needed. Not too big, nothing fancy, but easily accessible by metro. Private bathroom was great. Never ran into any other guests.

Bed bugs, unclean

En general la habitacion era cómoda, la ubicación es centrica; sin embargo el numero que colocan para comunicarse en caso de dudas nunca fue atendido y al no tener una persona en el lugar la atencion no es personalizada.

it was a terrible mess, there were no bedding on the bed, and when someone put them on after an hour of waiting the sheet was torn, the walls were dirty, the air conditioning did not work and the bathroom was execrable

Easy check-in after receiving an email with info. No receptionist - so this is a fully automated check-in, beware. The room was nice and clean

Average not clean hairs everywhere and the whole point of hotels is to go to a reception and they sort out the room - this is not a hotel you have to organise your own room

Very clean. Perfect for just sleeping and showering

The room was extremely small, but it was in a perfect condition, everything new - so I didn't mind. Loved the fact that it had a heater for colder nights. And an electric kettle if you are a big tea lover. Although the bathroom was shared, I never had to wait and it had a hairdryer - big plus. The nice touch is that there is a water cooler on the first floor. Location was exactly 60 min walking to the city center or 40 minutes walking to Atocha railway station. Metro is about 7 minutes walking.

Easy check in instructions. Clean. Comfortable.

The property was lovely, even though we did not have a private bathroom it did not effect the stay. Located in a quite area close to the metro about 15m to Sol. The beds were comfy with great pillows. The fan was a great help as it does get very hot. I was also pleased that a kettle was provided and a nice cold water fountain in the hallway was a brilliant touch! The communicate between getting the codes for the room were good however would of liked to received it in english as i have to google translate all the information but nevertheless had all the information for when i go there. Overall great stay and great price so thankyou!

Worst customer service...RUDE PEOPLE...had to wait 8 hours to check In when I asked for early check in...shower overflowed every day...had to PAY FOR EXTRA TOWELS????? Never recommending to anyone.
