AYZ Silvela - Auto check-in property

AZ Hotels wanted me to yield up my credit card details through a 3rd party website (which hotels.com prudently warns against), and this as a supposed security against any damage incurred during my stay. Yet the offer of a cash deposit as another method of securing any loss on AZ’s part was also present. Next, AZ sent me a message of registration which only allowed for surrendering my card details through the 3rd party website. So, instead, I followed the link to contact AZ. I explained the situation to the AI responder, which, quite surprisingly, apologised for the cash deposit option and was going to see about removing it. The logic of my predicament appeared to escape it. A human responder finally took over and gave me no recourse whatsoever and bumped me off the system; I got no refund or access granted due to their error of advertising.

No room for luggage or bags. No TV. Two small towels that were not changed in 3 days. Mold in the bathroom. Pillows better suited for cattle. I did not care enough for this dump to take pictures, as it is better to just forget it.

The bathroom is unbelievably hazardous 1. It’s so tiny 2. I barley fitted in the shower & im a small person 3. No place for the water waste to go 4. Bathroom is so tiny and uncomfortable in function my elbow keep hitting the walls 5. The shower water got so hot and it burnt me. It’s so tiny there’s not even room to move 6. At least add some hooks in the room 7. I couldn’t sleep from all the noise of the next door neighbours absolutely inconsiderate people. But having soundproofing should be hotel effort too. 8. The location is excellent that’s the only good part 9. It’s my birthday and I was hoping for a better experience

The hotel is situated around 15 to 20 minutes walk from the coast and city center so very convenient. The check in process was via my phone and it worked perfectly and I was greeted on entry. The foyer and room were clean and tidy. I was sent photos of the room showing the condition before I arrived and it was clear that these were recent and not "stock" photos. The room is basic but as advertised. The only negatives (and these are small) are that there isn't a safe in the room and there is hardly any storage (small desk, 2 bedside shelves and hanging rail) a small set of drawers would be useful. Overall, I would say that the hotel offers value for money but is best suited to short stays. I would definitely stay again.

Checkin experience disaster Don’t waste your time

Very very bad experience. When booking we saw good reviews so we were excited to come but the week before coming we suddenly saw all the reviews had become very bad. We went in with an open mind thinking we would see how it is and experience it for ourselves but it was a very bad experience. The self check in worked fine we had no problems with that. It is a bit annoying that you can only start checking in at 15:00 exact and if you arrive 5 minutes before you have to wait but that’s unfortunately the least of the worries. After the check in everything went downhill. We had dirty sheets and towels. Once we made a complaint about it they wanted to charge us money to get a towel renewal. The towels were full of stains and the hotel claims they’re clean they just have stains that won’t come out. If you’re a hotel and you charge almost €100 per night for a small room you can not give your customers towels with stains even if they’re “clean” this is unacceptable that’s basic knowledge. And especially trying to charge customers for wanting clean and spotless towels that’s a scam. I will never ever be coming back here and I hope no one will ever book again because this business needs to learn what it is like to run a hotel. We were not the only ones having issues. Our second day we got woken up by knocks on the front door and our bedroom windows because other customers had complaints aswell. Maybe this hotel needs to start investing money back into making the hotel personal again.

It is limited in what it provides (e.g. no TV or cupboard) but even in the limited things that were there, it was awful - no shower door so the bathroom floor got wet and slippy; no bath map to mop it up; no working soap dispenser in the shower; a flimsy door offering little security; old towels and bedding. And of course no staff anywhere to complain to or get things changed, Also the photos of reception is misleading.

Hotel is very centric. The fact that my mobile is needed to check in/ open doors and check out made me feel uncomfortable depending of internet connection and battery. I would not return.

Mit ophold på hotellet var desværre en skuffelse. De billeder, der blev vist online, gav et langt mere indbydende indtryk end virkeligheden. Værelset var meget lille, uden skab til tøjopbevaring og uden hylder eller opbevaringsmuligheder på badeværelset, hvilket betød, at vi måtte placere alle vores ting på gulvet. Sengen knirkede konstant ved den mindste bevægelse, hvilket gjorde det svært at få en god nats søvn. Alt i alt levede hotellet ikke op til forventningerne, og jeg ville ikke vælge at bo her igen.

J’ai réservé dans ce soit disant hôtel. Il n’y a pas de réception. Je suis arrivé devant une porte fermée. Je n’ai pas pu entrer. J’ai essayé de les avoir téléphone, sans aucun résultat. J’ai dû réserver dans un autre hôtel. J’aurais dû être remboursé. Il s’agit d’une arnaque.

Cleanance was not songood. It can be better. But they were very interested in the room problems. Also the location was perfect. If they renovate rooms a bit and make the rooms cleaner, the hotel will be perfect. Anyway i want to thank all stuff and the manager

No hay recepción, muy complicado hacer la reserva, todo fatal. No hay ni rampas ni ascensor, solo escaleras. Imposible contactar con el hotel. Una estafa

Stanza super pulita....tutto perfettamente funzionante....al di sopra delle aspettative....qualche difficoltà iniziale perché non ero ancora stato in una struttura con auto check in....cmq tutto ok...lo rifarei

La accesibilidad bastante mala. Se accede por medio de unas escaleras muy incómodas y que necesitan de reformas. No lo recomiendo a personas con problemas de movilidad. La habitación es pequeña y no es apta para largas estancias.
