Really nice hotel. Very clesn. Friendly staff.nice cocktails available on the all inclusive .nice food with plenty of choice but more geared to the continental travellers. Dont expect full english or pie and chips. Very good disabled access. The pool area was lovely and the animation team work hard. We would return.

While I could not fault anything at this hotel - our apartment was amazing and very clean as well as the hotel itself having lots of very good facilities, and very good food, it was the staff at Ferrer Janeiro that made our trip !! They were always so helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble! The reception staff were very helpful when we needed some assistance and general queries during our trip and the bar staff each night were always friendly and no matter how busy they got would be smiling, joking and having a laugh with customers! It was truly nice to see! I will definitely be returning in the future ! Thank you all !

bed was good, room were clean, food was good. the pools seems so much smaller than on pictures. loved the gym at the other hotel, it was top. and the spa was an extra luxury that we could use the whole day without appointments.

The hotel is quite good for a family. The amenities are also good. There are a lot of animations. The flats are not very well soundproofed. Lack of staff at reception to order dinner. I had the misfortune to think that sparkling water was self-service when the bar manager came up to me and treated me like a thief because I hadn't taken the all-inclusive package. Instead, he emptied the glass in front of me.

Good stay during the pandemic. Very conscious about keeping things clean and most turists adhered to it. Vegetarian food a bit hit and miss. Nice walk along the promenade few min from the hotel.

Main pool was very good- proper swimming pool. Lots of sunbeds. Modern rooms. Location close to beach. Aircon struggled so restaurant and room very hot. Standard of food average at best. Wine selection and quality very poor.

The hotel was nice and staff were friendly and breakfast was nice but only thing's that wasn't was the air condition wasn't working properly and the really bad thing about the hotel was the bathroom wasn't covered was just windows so everyone in same room could see us in the bathroom 🙄

The staff is amazing!!! Everyone was very attentive and were genuinely interested in looking after us. The two chefs from Cordoba doing the live cooking were incredibly friendly... floor and bar staff were also happy to serve. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Dumi is very entertaining and really made our holiday a one to remember. Thank you everyone!!!

The hotel had good amenities, was lovely and clean and close to the beach. Good buffet and kids entertainment in the bar in the evenings. Pool and grounds looks a lot smaller than appears in the image but were nice enough. Spa is tiny, we just spent our time on the beach anyway. Cons: No porters and key card was programmed wrong on entry but fixed quickly. No room service and upkeep of the room could be better (eg they didn’t refill coffee pods, provide extra water bottles (you can’t drink tap water) or provide fresh crockery after day 1, and the shower didn’t have shampoo or soap but was refilled on second day. I didn’t use the safe for Day 1 but asked for it Day 2 and still got charged two days regardless. Only 3 euros but still. Overall, as I paid a discounted price I was very happy with the place as we got to enjoy the beach conveniently.

Booked an apartment thinking it was part of the hotel complex but it's not. It's nothing like the hotel the apartments are dreary and depressing. The front desk staff were unhelpful and at times rude. On the plus side the rooms within the hotel look like the pictures and are clean and comfortable. Food is good.not much of a selection but all fresh. Pool is small and children's entertainment is limited. We would not stay here again based on our experience in fact we left after 2 days. However had our stay started in the hotel rather than the apartment maybe we would have felt different.

We liked the hotel , the facilities were great, clean room, lovely pools , Nice choice of food,close to the sea , our only biggest concern was that there wasnt much music around the pool & if some it was in German language, also the Entertainment was in German , We are coming from London & We would really appreciate english , its International language end of the day ! thats the only reason why we probably would not come back again !
