Casa Boquera is a little gem hidden in wine country situated between Jumilla and Yecla. It is off the beaten track and wonderfully peaceful while being close enough to explore other wineries and enjoy some of the countryside immediately behind the property.

Loved the rural setting, the room, the food, and the staff. It's a good idea to have an idea of how to get there that doesn't depend on live GPS. The charm of being off the beaten path also made it a bit hard to find.

This resort is simply amazing. Beautiful mountain and vineyard views surrounding the property. Secluded, peaceful and private setting. Excellent restaurant. The staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I felt more at home here than any other resort I have been to!

What a beautiful resort. The views are incredible...our room looked out onto the vineyard. It was wonderful seeing the vineyards. We took a tour of the bodega and enjoyed tasting two of their wines. The wines were good. We had dinner in their restaurant which was a little disappointing. The 40 month piece of beef was not up to par. The best item on the menu was the vegetable tempura with honey...so very good...we had it two times. The service was a little slow. Breakfast was a reasonable 10E...it was also convenient because the Resort is isolated. The first morning there we had fresh made omelets that were wonderful. The 2nd & 3rd day the fresh made egg listing was not on the buffet and the buffet had scrambled eggs, bacon and beans. We did not know we could ask for fresh made eggs. We then questioned reception and they said of course, just ask. The only problem is if we did not see the sign on the first morning we would not have known we could order eggs anyway we wanted. The largest lacking item is a coffee machine to make coffee drinks. The only coffee is made and put in a pot to pour. The room is beautiful and large and the bathroom offered two sinks. There is plenty of room for storage. The room also offers a private patio to enjoy. The WiFi was excellent. This is a beautiful resort but just needs to step up a little to make it a exceptional place to stay.

The rooms (we had a friend with us) were extra spacious, comfortable, clean, with great bathrooms and an external terrace backing onto part of the vineyard. Beautifully designed and furnished. The restaurant / bar equally lovely - restaurant has tasting menu so did not take all meals there but did have an outstanding fillet steak with foie gras sauce. The pool is not very large, but, it's fine and kept cool (don't know how they do that in 37+) and very relaxing. You can see mountain ranges to right and left as you swim up & down. Only problems we had were that the water (brought in by tanker) ran out late on our first evening - they sorted it the next day. My husband was stung by a hornet while on the room's terrace (not the hotel's fault - guess they hang about the grape vines). Rooms don't have tea/coffee makers and this would have been nice for early risers - the breakfast room didn't open until maybe 8:00 - but the breakfast itself was excellent.

It is out in the sticks so you are restricted to what they have to offer. However that was no problem for us. The staff were excellent especially when it came to preparing food for my wife who is a vegetarian and not on the menu. Samuel the waiter deserves a special mention as he was absolutely fantastic

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst dealing with a property sale in nearby Pinoso. What a fantastic place. Although I don't normally like modern building design that much, this place is the exception - simple, uncluttered, finished to the highest standard with very high quality fixtures and fittings, this really is a place to shut yourself away after a hectic day. Will most definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The Resort is a little off the beaten-track which is just fine, but we were the only guests that night and the main restaurant wasn't open, which I didn't know about - fair enough - we were just 2, but we did instead, have a wonderful salad and croquettes made for us and 2 lovely glasses of red wine from the vineyard! The flies were a slight problem, in that if you sat outside, they covered you and they also seemed to make their way into the room. Perhaps some fly spray would be a welcome addition? The room and bathroom were quite lovely and very modern. We were quite cold during the night as only a sheet was on top of the bed - only in the middle of the night did I discover a duvet in the cupboard! Cycling and quad-biking on offer and I would definitely suggest more info on the Winery and wine samples etc. provided.

Modern boutique hotel in it’s own vineyard situated in the Carche region equidistant from Yecla and Jumilla. Remote so you will need a car but therefore quiet and peaceful. Ideal location for trips to neighbouring Bodegas as well visits further afield to Alicante, Murcia, Xativa and Valencia. Clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and well appointed rooms with superb air conditioning and own terrace. Stunning views of the stark mountainous countryside. Good food and friendly service. If you need anything, just ask.

Vi var 4 stk som ankom for en overnatting i januar, som tydelig er utenfor sesong. Rommet var flott - med dusj og badekar, stor seng og egen uteplass, men rommet var iskaldt. To varmeovner måtte til.
