A lovely stay in a lovely small town.

Noisy, AC not working and leaking

Clean and neat

Nice room.

We have stayed in this hotel for the past few years -a family of 4 (2 rooms); and it is great to see the same friendly staff and amazing food at their restaurant -including cocktails at the bar in patio/terrace upstairs with good views all over Santa Fe.

Hotel was clean and tidy, food in caffe was excellent, but no basic tea and coffee facilities in room, which is basic requirements these days

No lighting in entrance, very basic and dark. Staff nice and helpful but room dark. Bed mives and not comfortable

We travel a lot and this is a first: toiletry wasn't left in the room. the towels were grayish, glasses looked suspiciously dirty. a refrigerator in the room didn't work. this is at best a TWO star hotel. One could hear every car or truck or motorcycle and the personnel were loud, they don't seem to realize that customers were there to rest.

Bad place to stay if you want to get some sleep. My room was above reception and there is a staircase leading up to my bedroom and all the other bedrooms above. The whole place echoed like an atrium and all the sound from below reception move around the corridors. I was woken up at 6:30 in the morning by loud people laughing and talking to the reception. I could hear doors slamming phone is ringing down in reception and people talking and I am surprised that the receptionist was not controlling the noise at making people are little bit quieter at this time in the morning. Bad Wi-Fi was annoying and kept on cutting out in my room. The hotel staff were very nice and the bar next door did really nice Spanish breakfast but I have to say that I will not be staying here again because I want to sleep at night and in the mornings.

WiFi did not work. Very weak signal. Everything else was okay.

It was very good. Staffs are very kind. My family feel comfortable.

Checked in quickly.would have liked a stronger signal for wi fi...had to keep going downstairs.Would have been good to have a variety of meals at cafeteria.Breakfast started to get boring because there was no vegetarian option.surroundings more suited to senior citizens.

The desk clerk Angel was really great. Helped us with a great attitude and a smile. Room was spacious and clean. Beware, the bed was on wheels and a wood floor so it moved every time we sat down or stood up. Bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. The shower did not stay hot, it was warm-ish & that was about it. Ok location off the freeway, easy to find. Internet worked GREAT!

Hard to find Old, while hallways beautiful, the rooms left much to be desired. Very sparce and dark, felt like a convent room, bed uncomfortable, pillows worse Hotel restaurant not open for dinner, located in basement through some easy to get lost corridors Small shower, no space for toiletries

Limited public transport especially later in the evening made the hotel an awkward place for visiting Granada. Some of the rooms were rather dark and dingy and I asked to move. The roof top terrace was closed. Disappointing stay. Breakfast was mediocre.

Excellent hotel close to town center, airport, and great restaurant ( la brasculilla ). Reasonably priced with friendly staff

I can only make a limited appraisal: this is, as far as I could tell, the closest hotel to the Garcia Llorca airport outside of Granada. Since we had an early morning flight to catch, this was a very convenient place to stop for the night before. We got in late and left early, and the hotel staff was very accomodating (arranging for a cab at 5 am, wake-up call, late check-in etc). The room was clean, the hotel was modern and friendly. No doubt it's worth a longer stay to see Santa Fe, but I can say that for our purposes this hotel did its job perfectly.
