Easy online check-in. The area is 20 minute walk from alcazar. Parking is underground around the corner. Very spacious with kitchen and bathroom.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was lovely—cozy and supportive—and the kitchen area and bathroom were both modern and well-maintained, making our stay convenient and pleasant in many ways. Communication with the staff was excellent throughout. They were helpful, responsive, and clearly cared about guest satisfaction. When we mentioned some concerns about our first (internal) room, the owner kindly moved us to a larger room with a window facing the street, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the biggest issue we faced was the noise. There appears to be no soundproofing in the rooms, and we had difficulty sleeping for three consecutive nights. The internal room was noisy enough, but the street-facing room they moved us to turned out to be even louder, with constant sounds from traffic and nightlife. In the end, we had to go out and purchase earplugs just to get some rest. Overall, while the hotel has many positive attributes and is managed by thoughtful staff, the noise levels significantly impacted our ability to enjoy our stay. If sound insulation is ever improved, this would be a fantastic place to stay.

The location was excellent. We were easily able to walk to the Catedral de Sevilla, Plaza de Espana, Setas de Seville and everywhere else we had planned to visit. We were sent the codes to check in well in advance and had no issues. We were on the ground floor and had a small patio area. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated the sweet note left for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice and big. There's a screen that separates the 'bedroom' and the 'living room'. Location was good too. There's a mall just 5min walk away that has a supermarket as well.

Beautiful place 😍 n a good location. Bed and thermostat control were subpar for a unit at the his price point. Shower was great. Nice if not smallish space. High ceilings made it feel bigger. Nicely equipped and good for stays of a week or less.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was impeccably clean and fresh, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. As we opened the gate, the delightful fragrance of gardenias enveloped us, and we could enjoy the subtle aroma throughout the hallways, adding a touch of calm and relaxation to our stay. The location is fantastic—just a 6-minute walk from Setas de Seville, an intriguing spot that’s enjoyable for both kids and adults. Many other major landmarks, like the cathedral, the palace, and Plaza de España, were also within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for its charm, comfort, and unbeatable location!

The property condition is poor but the staff service is excellent. The parking near the property will cost you near 40€ per 24 hours.

Great location. Clean and comfortable apartment. very easy check in and out. Good communication with management. Can’t ask more. Highly recommend.
