Noisy Bathroom black mould on seals and along floor edges and glass door not fitted well water getting out onto the floor. Ventilation poor. Shower head kept falling off. Rooms very cold. Flooring lifting. The place needs renovating. This should not be on Hotels.com. Giving yourselves a bad name.

It was all i needed for the night

Clean, easy check in, quiet sleep, working wifi, bathrooms and showers in good shape, lockers, shelf/storage and outlet at bed. Heat and aircon. The bed light is blinding and the common area is closed along with cafe/reception at night but it's a good location and a safe, comfortable stay. Plus an elevator so no taking the stairs!

This hotel is a bit far from beach staff could of made an effort to be more friendly no soap in bathroom not worth the money in winter time

The friendly staff are more than accommodating the lady there in reception was so helpful and kind to me I would go back to see her as she was totally awesome and the clean bright and modern environment was a lot more value for money than expected.

When i arrived utvwas closed although it stated reception would be open until 11pm. I had previosly advused the hostel and hotels .com that I may arrive late due to a late flight arrival. I was told this was okay as arrangements had been made. Emergency contact details were useless as only a voicemail servuce that no one replied to. Even after contacting hotels.com I was given no assistance and was leftbto spend rhe night on the streets until bus services resumed the next morning. To add insult to injury I was also told that I would be charged for the room I did not get to occupy. Overall a horendous experience that I never want to repeat.

Cheap. Easily Access from the bus stop, shopping center, and Santa Babara Castle. Kind service, but prepare some towel and soap for shower and bath otherwise you must pay for them.

Friendly staff, clean place and cheap. Area is perfect if you need to travel to and from airport (bus stop 5 mins away) and 10 mins to some great restaurants and bars

Hostel is relatively new, so sheets were still in good condition, though mattress was rock-hard. Room was superficially clean but floor needed to be swept and mopped. Most importantly, the hall toilet and shower which I used for my 4 nights I spent there since my 4-bed room was not en-suite did not get cleaned the entire time I was there. Same wrappers and soap scum in shower, same trash in WC rubbish bin, and same dirty toilet. Yuck! Only toilet paper got restocked. Also - all, and I mean all public spaces - the (tiny) kitchen, the lounge, and terrace are closed from 11 pm to 8 am while reception is closed. This place leaves a lot to be desired.

Service was bad showers was filthy and had mold on the walls. People kept stealing schampos and food from common fridge. Kitchen smelled like dead animal. It was horrible. Please stay away from this place

the cleanliness was good, although the toilet paper and soap were missing, but for the price it was good.

Faltaria poder avisar que llegas despues de la hora de cierre la 1a noche para poder acceder desde la calle.

Paso una noche muy rara con mucho ronquidos que no me deja dormir

Para el precio está bien. Además si tienen habitaciones vacías te ponen en una sola.
