Firstly I found the location amazing .The apartments were modern and super clean . The quality of the mattress in the two bedrooms were like home from home and I am a fuzzy sleeper .ONE BIG THANKS was to the reception team for allocating me ac ground floor apartment due to my special requests so well done for that. I have booked for another week next March but my biggest bug bear was the lack of WiFi !!!!absolutely no WiFi at all after numerous complaints . WiFi is an essential service in 2025 so come on guys work on that .looking forward to my next visit i March 2026 wit WiFi . All in all I loved the place and couldn’t recommend any further …..

Pros: clean, modern, spacious accomodation. Cons: Difficult and time consuming to check in. The rception was closed when it stated it would be open. We got no answer from one of the phone numbers provided. A second number answered and argued that we were in the wrong location - despite us being at the reception door. On the last night our keypad code stopped working approximately 12h before checkout - luckily one of our party was in the room - otherwise we would have been locked out of our room for the night.

The property is clean and as described. It is located well for beaches. There is a small enclave of German bars that continually play ump pa pa music all evening until after midnight. The hotel across compounds the music. Truly awful. You close the windows but still get bass beats and hot. 0630 the bin lorry arrives.

We were not expecting much because of some bad reviews but I don’t know what they were about we loved it. Was great value for money, almost half the price of other places in the area and pretty much the same quality. Check in went smoothly, someone was there to let us in a few minutes after we arrived . Beds very comfortable and couldn’t hear any noise from the neighboring bars. Location very good, you have a supermarket, restaurants and the beach in your direct vicinity .

Our 2nd time at Las Rosas, enjoyed our stay but really needs aircon or ceiling fans . All staff very friendly.

The apartment was quite spacious. Each bedroom was comfortable and decent storage space. The pool area was good , clean and plenty of sun loungers. There are plenty of shops and bars on the doorstep which mainly cater to German/Swiss/Dutch clientele. The only negative is that the reception beak is only staffed from 8-1 and 4-7, outside of these hours you have to call a number for assistance. Also you only get one set of keys which is fine if you plan to never leave your traveling companions side but in reality it means a lot of planning especially at night . If you’re checking in after 7pm, please be prepared for standing in the street for 30 mins while you wait for someone from an other hotel nearby to come and check you in. I know it wasn’t just my experience as I witnessed another guest have a similar wait time for checkin. Overall though these were minor inconveniences and I would recommend the apartment if you are able bodied, it is not very wheelchair accessible and there is no lift to the different floors. It does have a good location though and the Yumbo Center is just a 10 minute walk away

Great staff throughout... Very comfortable and equipped for requirements. Bed very comfy, pool area clean Hotel riu next door being redeveloped so lots of noise and dust but not early nor late. Very convenient location... 2 supermarkets on door step, bars and restaurants too and 10 min walk to centre

The EO Las Rosas is a fantastic place to stay in, the hotel is beautiful, grounds are very clean and so are the rooms, I was on the 4th floor room 401 during my last visit and it was a bit noise at night from the bars across the street but I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a nice part of Playa Del Ingles close to the bars,shops and a short 10 min walk to the Yumbo and just steps from the beach.

I can't see what all the complaints are about, I thought this hotel was lovely and great value for the money we spent. Very very clean and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Really great place to stay. Cheap, great location and really great rooms with balcony. Everything worked - couldn't have asked for a better place for our 4 nights. Pool was great too and well maintained.

Very spacious apartment for Playa. Nice big balcony which catches the sun all day. Never noticed when booing but there is no lift and no aircon, even on a warm day in December, you can still be glad of a bit of aircon, not sure how difficult summer would be, bedrooms get very stuffy. The building has had a decent refurb but could do with the finishing touches. A coffee machine would have been nice and at least access to an iron and ironing board would have been really helpful, we all know what it's like trying to use a travel iron on a breakfast bar!! Staff were all very friendly, nice clientele apart from the German neighbour who banged the door if you sneezed at night too loudly. Would book again if at a good rate, not sure I'd pay anymore than the promo rate we got on hotels.com

Clean, great location, helpful front desk staff. Location comes with plus and minus, close to beaches, dunes, shopping center, Jumbo, several restaurants etc, but also noisy at night. Bring earplugs. Pool clean and nice to lay around.

nice apartment, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping very close, all within walking distance, close to bus stations to go around the island. WiFi is good

No air conditioning. We can’t open the windows because noise outside. Close to everything.

Floor sticky and fridge smelt of fish

You definitely get what you pay for.... Small complex, reasonably well maintained but the "no frills" approach extends to dreadful beds, a drip drip dripc shower and generally lacking in comfort. Pool area was actually good.... but 28 x two bed appts.... (possibly 112 guests) doesn't really work with 29 sun beds so the early morning towel run became essential for all. Very warm rooms with no air con and those pesky beds left me wanting another holiday to recover!. Better than some "basic" appts.... cleaner than the average.... but I need more creature comforts
