The hotel is absolutely beautiful and is in a wonderful location. The pool and gym were very nice and the breakfast buffet was also amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay anywhere else in Seville.

In some ways it is an almost perfect hotel in many levels. The historical building is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The breakfast is very good and the open air patio is amazing. The pool is perfect for the Seville hot weather. And the stuff is great and efficient. The location is just amazing at the heart of historic Seville with walkable access to most attractions. Highly recommended.

The check-in process was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities provided for my service dog, including a cozy bed and a special treat. The hotel staff was knowledgeable about service animal regulations and treated us with the utmost respect and kindness.
Our room was immaculate and spacious, offering easy access to outdoor areas, which was perfect for quick walks. The grounds were beautifully maintained.
Dining at the hotel was a delight. The restaurant staff was accommodating, ensuring we had a suitable table where my service dog could comfortably settle. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was both elegant and relaxed.
It's rare to find a place that genuinely understands and supports guests with service animals. I highly recommend this hotel seeking a fantastic, welcoming getaway.

During our 8 day trip we spent time in 3 hotels, this one was by far the most expensive but sadly the most disappointing. It's the kind of place that treats the elite with Kidd gloves but the random guest is a nuisance. We saw guests being offered champagne but not us! Our room was painted black with red accents, very dark and sombre. The restaurants were fine, expensive but we were expecting that. It's in a wonderful location which is the biggest reason to stay.

I stayed for two nights on a business trip in which the air-conditioning never worked. A repair man came the first night and said it was working and left a fan for me. The AC never worked and no one acknowledged that. My second day became even more ridiculous when the power in the room went out three times while I was trying to get ready for work and then later to check out. The repairman came three times and seemed rather annoyed with me and the front desk didn’t do anything but say I’m sorry. For the price of these rooms, and the quality expected, I was incredibly disappointed, and I will never stay there again.
