Clean room lovely beach

i have been in hotels in different countries but this hotel was very bad experience for me and my family the activities in the hotel is very good specially for kids but the hygiene levels is 0 i was asking 4_5 times until they clean my room i wait two days until the room cleaner came, also there's no laundry in the hotel there's no service that they take your clothes to clean i was shocked, the food was fine but not very good, in the room there's no kettle or any tea or coffee

This is a very family centred hotel, lots of kids & pools/slides etc for them. Rooms clean & two double beds so good for a family. I was not keen on the restaurant. It was very busy, quite noisy, food not amazing, but did cater for gluten free with bread, cakes biscuits & separate toaster so good for coeliacs. As were the 4 neighbouring restaurants which was nice. If you don’t have kids I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s about 15 mins in a taxi from the heart of Salou so you need a taxi. No prom/walkway to get there other than local roads. A small beach at the rear of the hotel was nice. Overall a nice short 5 night break. If you want more going on this little resort is not for you , you’ll want the bigger resort next door of Salou.

It was clean, the staffs were amazing, very friendly.

Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning. Stunning views and beautiful sunsets from the beach. The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only. Special thanks go to the room cleaning staff, the busy but friendly restaurant staff, Raul in the Braseria and bar manager for his kindness. Finally to Sandra on Guest services. All in one place

During my stay there was a fight which occurred in the dining area and continued into the lobby. Left many traumatised and ruined our holiday. Few cuts and bruises on the water slides.

Had an amazing holiday, everyone were so friendly. We’ve just booked again for August.

This hotel is good for families wanting all inclusive, if you want a relaxing stay look elsewhere. Was convenient for a last minute booking by the beach.

The service staff were extremely rude ,they were very impatient with children and seemed more interested in chatting to each other than doing their job . Particularly in the restaurant, it was bordering aggressive.

Typical 2 star large hotel built to deal with mass tourism market !! Only great thing is the waterpark Rooms basic but clean, water was cold in mornings, WiFi not worth using .. rooms did have a fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities 1 pool by the beach but this is where the all inc bar is so very loud, other is waterpark but even struggled to get a sun bed here early May as not many - water very cold but fun Evening buffet great selection but low quality food (as expected for the price) breakfast even worse - did have live cooking station with pancakes (large queue) Entertainment room was awful, under the hotel and they used just dance for the kids disco (gone are the entertainment staff) However the price we paid reflects all the above and we got exactly what was expected !! A one night stay just to use the waterpark Outside the hotel is a selection of bars and restaurants- my advice is don’t be fooled by the little extra you pay to go half board, don’t bother and eat in the fab local bars !! If you want a half decent standard of accommodation got to Cala font or sunclub (with kids)

The air conditioner on the first day wasn’t working. I was a tough night. It should be refunded anyway.

Great destination for family holiday. Hotel had absolutely everything to keep the kids happy.

The hotel was everything we expected it to be and the pools were great for the kids of all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had no problems at all. Word of advice, we heard that during our stay a hotel guest had their bag stolen from beside the pool (main pool can be accessed by the public as is open to the beach), so make sure that you don't leave your valuables lying around. This should not put you off staying in this hotel as it is great and it was not their fault, it could happen on the beach or in the town so this is just some advice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean, with 2 double beds. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and a view of the beach. Lovely but small beach just next to the hotel, we stayed during the COVID 19 period, so it wasn’t too busy. I imagine it may get very crowded under normal conditions. Plenty of sun beds around the pool, but again, this may get very busy during normal conditions. We were half board, the food was very nice, although sometimes not very hot and I found much of the food was quite salty. Because of COVID 19 there were screens across the food and the staff served you, not the usual help yourself buffet, for obvious reasons, which sometimes lead to long queues, but the staff were doing their best under the circumstances. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, there were a couple of things due to COVID 19 that made it different from the usual holiday, which I’m sure won’t be a problem once the pandemic has passed. There is a decent supermarket and souvenir shop right outside the complex and half a dozen bars and restaurants too. We didn’t go to them, but they looked decent enough. There is a coastal path into Salou itself, which took about an hour to walk, but it’s quite hilly with a lot of steps up and down, not suitable for the elderly or disabled. Or it’ll cost you about 8 euros for a 15 minute taxi ride. Would I go back? Yes I would. That speaks for itself.

The 1st few nights were good but a gang of teenage boys came over for football but while in the hotel they ran riot and no staff said anything to them, they were roaring up and down the corridors, doing nick nacks on each other’s doors and runaway till after midnight...

Great pool area for children. Went all inclusive standard of food very poor pasta or pig trotters. some staff unfriendly , rude, would certainly not return

the hotel is in a quiet, hilly area, a few bars and restaurants are nearby, pool area is nice and beach about 30 metres from pool, staff work very hard to make your stay pleasurable

Not the first time i have stayed and was not so impressed with the beech cafe and staff this year.overall very good but parts of the hotel are looking tired
