Hotel Ciudad de Plasencia

Very disappointed, the pool was closed, was filthy and looked to be in that state for a LONG time.

Very squeaky beds, all 4 of them in my room. Very noisy near the elevator. I could hear people talking and yelling very clearly. Looks like the walls are not sound proof.

Good hotel if you are passing by. The rooms are fairly good, although the pillows were bad. The hotel was quite noisy during the night. If you plan to visit old Plasencia, you’ll need to drive there.

Really good breakfast buffet. Included with room. Excellent help from check in desk on where to park in town. Swimming pool was refreshing.

The hotel is in a industrial neighborhood ,not much around ,they did serve as breakfast which was continental but ok, stayed one night on our way to Algarve Portugal, people ver6 friendly despite the language issue, priced a little bit high but close to mayor highway which was a plus for us , overall a good choice

Very comfortable nights stay, very clean and comfy beds. The reception staff were very helpful especially on the morning of us leaving when we needed to get a test to travel back to the UK, thank you once again.

Ideal overnight stay travelling from South to north or north to south through Spain.

Reasonable price and easy to find. Would have preferred the restaurant to open at 8 not 8.30 which is a bit late.

Stayed here one night on our way from Spain to Portugal. Satnav had difficulty finding the hotel as there appears to be new roundabouts on the route in. Set in an industrial area the hotel has a great restaurant offering a three course meal with a wide choice (which includes a bottle of wine or other drink) for 11.5 Euros !! Staff were excellent and service extremely quick and efficient. Room was basic but perfectly functional. However, the sound-proofing was non-existent and everything could be heard from the next door room and corridor - and a barking dog outside ! But, we were so tired after our travels we still managed to sleep. The breakfast was typically Spanish - cold meats, bread, tomato paste, cakes etc. - perfectly adequate. The small shop in the hotel sells a lot of local produce. We also found a large butchers nearby, selling a vast range of meats at very reasonable prices. So, yes I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Very large which accommodated several coach parties who sadly made a lot of noise! Food excellent value. Outside area with pool a real bonus although it could do with a spruce up. Staff very helpful and welcoming. A little far out of town tho

Uitstekende bedden. Perfect ontbijt.

No estuvo mal. En el silencio de la noche se oían los motores y estaba retirado del centro de la ciudad.

Ligt op een industrieterrein wat echter geen probleem is. Ontvangst was goed evenals het ontbijt. Minst was een van de bedden. Was slecht. Het kraakte. De receptionist gaf s- morgens aan dat we hem hadden kunnen bellen waarna het verholpen zou worden. Vraag alleen hoe?
