The people were very helpful and friendly, particularly the lady manager who was very kind and generous with her advice and help. Hotel well situated for seeing the sites, nice cool room in the warm weather, great secure onsite parking for my motorbike. Nice breakfast too. Perfect!

This is a lovely hotel with clean, comfortable rooms within walking distance of all
the important tourist sites. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is secured parking for a fee but the neighborhood is quiet and we parked on the street without a problem. Breakfast is a buffet and is very nice. There is a supermarket within a short walk. There is a very limited selection of restaurants in the neighborhood open on Sunday so it is best to go to the city center. The walk to the center of the tourist area involves a few hilly areas and may not be recommended for someone with limited endurance.

...but very inconvenient for non-resident since the check in is under a software link and no work properly as the disadvantages for the amount of applications thst exist today to downloading the required info!!!...I guess that a 24/7 deck services is highly needed 😉

The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The price was decent, but you definitely get what you pay for. Many hairs were found in the bedding. Also, upon getting in the shower and closing the door, you can see that the bottom of the shower door in the corner is covered in black mold. Had we not arrived in Salamanca so late at night, we would have packed up and left for another hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel the front door was so heavy that I actually thought it was locked so I rang the bell which didn’t please the receptionist. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. We had a balcony but OMG it was filthy with broken paving slabs, numerous weeds and puddles of water. I have stayed in other 3* hotels in Spain which charges a lot less than Eurowest and they were far superior. When we ventured out to eat I was interrogated about whether my dogs would bark or not and when I assured her that they wouldn’t she proceeded to tell me they would have to remove them from the room if they did! All in all there was nothing nice about the hotel but we had been on the road all day and we just wanted to get our heads down

Mixed feelings here, staff were friendly. on site parking (€10) Room....mmmm Room fridge bar was empty !! There was no Aircon remote!! No patio furniture on the terrace..which was dirty..cleanliness was ok..Bathroom had hair on the floor!! However if you want a cheap(ISH) conveniently located place to put your head, this works..A ten minute walk to the gorgeous historical centre of Salamanca. It was a mid stop for the ferry for us and in that sense was good.

No frills hotel in a residential area. Good size bathroom with hot shower. Room is small but ticks all the boxes for the price. WIFI was adequate. Would stay here again. Friendly check in staff who were conversant in English.

La chambre qui m'était attribuée n'était pas la bonne.
Il a fallu batailler au téléphone pour avoir quelqu'un qui nous réponde et nous comprenne.
Finalement au bout d'une heure d'attente, la personne est venu à la réception pour résoudre tous les problèmes des nouveaux clients dont nous.
La chambre surchauffée et très petite.
Pas d'eau chaude à 22h pour la douche.

La estancia normal. La habitación tiene camas cómodas y una tv de 43" nueva. Nevera con botellas de cortesía y tetera y demás. El baño muy viejo, que seria recomendable actualizarlo. Las ventanas de aluminio que crea condensación facilmente y entra aire. Para entrar al hotel debes realizar el registro de entrada online, cosa bastante tediosa y que no apetece después de estar conduciendo. Cerca a la catedral y facil aparcamiento.

Nous avions loué 2 chambres pour 1 couple et une amie. Propreté OK mais hôtel vieux. Parking Payant 10 euros la nuit. Personnel OK. Petit déjeuner normal sans plus, café pas très bon. Bus à proximité pour aller au centre ville.
