Hotel Lux Melide

We got there very late but check-in wasn’t a problem. We got one of the “apartments.” It was huge. Separate living room, separate bedrooms, separate (full) kitchen with all appliances, cookware and utensils. Welcome gift of two bottles of water. Kitchen included coffee and coffee machine. Bathroom was spacious and shower had excellent pressure. Everything was clean and well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had coin operated laundry facilities on premises. Highly, highly recommend!

The place is very nice , the office people very attentive but I had a problem : the receptionist was suuuuper slow and limited because he said he couldn’t find the reservation . My agent called and he was like suuuper slow and playing dumb? Also there is no way to book with breakfast had to pay it as an extra . Strange

Hotel Lux is very centrally located in Melide - in the Camino route. Staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The only problem was that the water from the shower easily flowed out onto the floor.

Very nice and modern hotel, with everything you need. Not big but not lacking anything (even a restaurant for dinner).

Está muy bien el hotel, la razón de ponerle 4 estrellas es que en el baño, que se nota, retiraron la bañera y queda muy amplio, no hay muebles donde poner nada

A great place to stay for a weary traveler on the Camino. It was the most modern of all hotels until we reached Santiago. Breakfast was not included, but that’s OK. The hotel room was lovely and super clean stuff. Pleasant and helpful.

Hotel Lux Melide was a modern and convenient location. The room was well decorated and comfortable. The walls/vent system allowed noise from other rooms to be heard at various hours. Use of the laundry services was unclear - signage and communicating with staff suggested laundry is not longer available at the property for guests.

Very convenient to dining and shopping and close to a supermarket. A stone's throw from El Camino. Hotel is comfortable.

Lux Melide certainly doesn't disappoint in this department. The breakfast spread is not only satisfying but also boasts a variety of delicious options, providing the perfect fuel for the day ahead.

Finally a hotel with heat! It has been cold and rainy on the Camino and I’ve been freezing. So glad to finally be able to get warm and dry.

A super nice hotel after shared bedroom hostels in Camino.

Property is in the middle of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. For whatever reason, the shower never got very warm.

The property is new and very clean, there are very few and stuff, so if you arrive late, you better let them know ahead of time, there’s a possibility there’s no one in reception
