The room was good.,but there is nothing around that area. Lobby is not in the same place you staying and parking lot is also little far. Is good for one night.

Needed a place for overnights with good travel time to both Bilbao and Madrid. The stay was perfect , easily accessible and comfortable

The staff is very helpful and kind.

The room is good, however the check in is confusing and unclear. Youre diverted by signs to the street tobacconist and there is no actual reception.

Expedia description is not accurate and expedia overcharged me or charged for a room that was not what I got. Property was in poor condition. It is nothing like what is described. We booked at 10:30 pm and expedia did not give any warning about late check in, so we arrived at the property at 11:00 pm and it was very difficult to get a hold of someone and then the stuff was rude and we had to wait in the cold without clear directives and we ended up getting the keys past midnight. The only good thing is that it has a good safe parking and the place (besides mold on the bath tub) was overall clean.

Hotel nuevo, limpio y cómodo. Habitación amplia, de fácil acceso conn cocina y baño en excelentes condiciones. Le vendría bien tener algún servicio de comida o venta dentro de la propiedad. Cerca de Burgos.

Excellent apartment out of town, rural area. Beautifully appointed. Check in is less than ideal.

Really good, clean and nice service.

We were offered a room on the second floor with a very inclined ceiling where we would constantly hit our head in the room and in the bathroom . It was tough to take a shower or simply walk. Customer should be advised/informed beforehand and be offered a significant discount (should they accept) as having difficulty simply walking in your room without being on constant alert is a serious drawback.

Lovely room in small unit. Not much locally but a great place to be based. Staff kind and helpful. Offered suggestions of places to eat.

nice appartement. clean. ideal location to visit burgos

We needed a stop off from the ferry down to the south of Spain. This place was ideal. Small village, secure parking, lovely taverna and village square down the road. Tea and coffee in the room. Fabulous value!

Spacious rooms and quiet street. Private parking was good.

My wife and I stayed here one night as she had an exam in Burgos the next day and its not very far from Burgos city about 10mins by car. The place can be found easily if you have GPS, otherwise maybe difficult. But its worth finding this place, amazing scenery and peaceful. Staff are welcoming and check-in was quick and efficient. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable as is the ensuite bathroom. We had 2 beds (one large and one small). There was free wifi, tea and coffee and hot chocolate drinks - which is not very common in Spain - but I enjoy this as it wasnt a warm day outside. The only downside was a very few small details. The toilet paper was small slips of paper not actual rolls, never saw this before in a 3* establishment. Also, only spanish channels on the TV - no cable foreign channels, but we did not come here to watch TV, so I didnt mind at all. Also, the could put another small bin in the bedroom as the one in the toilet was very small and didnt accomadate all our waste/rubbish. But overall an excellent / enjoyable stay. I hope to return soon.
