Staff was incredible. We loved Ana! She gave us fantastic recommendations for food, shopping and sightseeing. Everything is walking distance, at most 20-30 minutes to farther places, but so many options nearby for dining and shopping. Spacious rooms with a large bathroom!

Beautiful rooms and amenity areas including “tea time” 430-6 that includes coffee selection and light snacks. Backs into royal alcazar castle gardens. Peacocks walking about fun to watch from terrace. Very convenient area to many small shops and restaurants. Very safe feeling.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean, with a beautiful view overlooking the park, where we could watch peacocks wandering freely beneath the trees—such a magical and unexpected delight.
Everything about our stay felt peaceful and well cared for. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this vibrant and historic city.
