Very good hotel for families with kids. Very friendly staff. Its a paradise for kids. A lot of things to do. Entertainment every night. Good breakfast buffet, and snacks buffet. Good location in a quiet area. Close to a beach too. 15 min local bus to shopping mall. 20 min local bus to Benidorm centre.

Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. We got stuck in one on one day but staff came relatively quickly to get us out. There’s lots on with some form of entertainment every couple of hours. Drinks are very generously poured. Food was ok. Very repetitive but fine. A few places to walk out to from the hotel and beach is less than 10 minute walk. Great value for families. I joined friends there for a few days and was expensive on your own.

Slitent hotell og rommet var klar for en oppgradering. Rust i badekaret, ødelagte fliser på gulv og vegg på badet, kjøkkeninnredning så ut som det var utsatt for vannlekasje. Har du høydeskrekk så be om et rom langt nede. Heisene var forferdelig trege. Kunne vente på de enkelte ganger iværtfall 10-15 min før de kom. Maten var det mye å velge mellom. Tex-mex var veldig god! Badeområdet var stort noe som gjør det behagelig å være der heile dagen. Her finner man alt til liten og stor. Både sklier og områder for å ha egne badeleker i. Jeg synes det var deilig at det ikke var oppvarmet basseng da det var digg å kjøle seg ned når det blei varmt i lufta. Badevaktene var mange og flinke! Alt i alt vil jeg si at det er et party-hotell for både barn og voksne. Det var mye liv og røre heile dagen frem til midnatt. Mye som skjedde for unger/ungdom. Gøy med live musikk nedi disco rommet. Det er høy musikk generelt hele tiden frem til midnatt. Lite stoler/bord i uteområdene uteom ved scenen. Savnet flere soner man kunne sitte ved uten masse høy musikk.

Veldig bråkete hele dagen, sikkert perfekt for bråkete barn og slække foreldre! Kald mat, men mye utvalg til alle måltider, men mye av den samme type mat hver dag! renhold, service og personal var veldig bra!
