Excellent Hotel plenty or room by the pools and all the staff were fantastic.

Very unique hotel which I would imagine is ideal for more active people. Seems to be ideal for cycling and water sports activities.

Amazing value buffet dinner, and staff were excellent. Sadly let down by the location next to the environmental disaster of mar menor

Really nice hotel, great food and variety of choice. Room was amazing patio that walked out straight onto pool area. Bed and pillows very comfortable Drinks hut was a little manic, you’d to time it right or you could be stand waiting a good 10-15mins Entertainment on an evening very poor, day entertainment were lack luster, aqua fit in pool was so underwhelming I gave up, no energy from staff member at all

A great hotel in a nice and quiet area just outside of La Manga. If you want nightlife around you don't stay here, it's in a quiet residential village and you need a car. The rooms are lovely, spacious, bathroom is big with great shower. What I loved about the hotel is the openness, the hotel has a big area in the middle with 3 pools and a massive area for chilling under pergolas when the heat gets to much. One area which needs improving is the food or more the keeping it hot .. most dishes are under heat lamps and some are not on so they get luke warm quickly. Fix the lamps and it would be fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good "resort" type hotel. Very friendly staff, clean. Would benefit from real access to sea with a beach and less concrete near the pools: More trees / green. Will come again, for sure.

The evening meal was the worse we ever had .the food selection was terrible and the hot food was cold .so much so we ate away from the hotel

The property itself is excellent. The rooms are well proportioned, especially the bathrooms, and 3 pools means there is plenty to go around. However the pools were very cold compared to the swimming pools in Benidorm the week before with similar sun cover and air temperature. Also the property seems to catch the wind excessively, there wasn't a day where your towel was safe on your sunbed from being blown away. The kids club wasn't promoted so we had no real idea if it was working it not - I personally think the resort is better suited to couples than families as the atmosphere is very relaxed (too relaxed if you've got young kids). The kids entertainment on the terrace starts too late (2230). The food was well prepared and presented, if you are into your Spanish themed dishes you will appreciate it, if you've a more British palette the eating in options are not really for you. The complex was extremely quiet the week we were there, weirdly so. The most people we saw at one time was about 50 in the restaurant, other than that there seemed to be more staff than customers. Overall it's a lovely relaxing hotel for older guests or those looking for peace and tranquility.

La estancia ha sido maravillosa, solo destacar que el hotel esta en una zona apartada sin servicios y el comedor con el Aire acondicionado demasiado frio.

El hotel **** perfecto, para descansar, el personal muy amable y atento. Las 3 piscinas excelentes, hamacas para todos, sin problema, te facilitan las toallas para piscina. Por la tarde noche, sobre las 20 horas, funciona la terraza, con música, cosa también esta muy bien, el personal de animación muy bueno. El personal del comedor a cual mejor, te facilitan lo que necesites. Tienen servicio de bufé, plancha donde puedes elegir, normalmente, pollo, pescado o carne. Fallo grande del hotel, pool truck de pena, con atención muy lenta, se va la gente de aburrimiento, tras estar esperando muchísimo tiempo, cuando no faltan vasos, se termina el barril de la cerveza, (no saben como cambiarlo), se acaba el café, la mayoría de los días pasa algo, personal sin experiencia, que se ahoga en un vaso de agua, cosa ilógica, para un servicio que requiere rápidez y agilidad. Además con sólo 1 pool truck no es suficiente, para dar un buen servicio. En otros hoteles con Todo incluido, en el pool truck preparan hamburguesas, perritos, kebat.....helados, aquí eso tampoco se hace. Otra cosa a mejorar, el hotel no tiene ni un detalle para un 25 aniversario, imagino que ni para unos recién casados tampoco, son detalles tontos, pero que aportan calidad. Las playas de alrededor no valen para nada, con algas, medusas huevo frito, dice que no pican, pero las ves y ya no te bañas.Hay que ir a San Javier o la Manga,para bañarte tranquilo Espero que mejoren estás cosas, porque el hotel ha de ser perfecto,

Hotel tranquilo y acogedor y con bastantes piscinas para descansar y desconectar de la rutina del dia a dia, por mi parte se lo recomendaria a cualquier persona. Pero hay detalles que tienen que mejorar, como el tema de la food truck (bar de piscina), no puede ser que habiendo dos piscinas y un territorio amplio no se ponga otra barra en la piscina olimpica, que estando alli tengas que andar un monton para ir a por algo a la otra punta del hotel y que decir que cuando te has pegado la caminata si hay cola esperar mas de 15 minutos para que te sirvan una simple bebida (en cualquier hotel teniendo regimen de todo incluido, no tardarian tanto. No es culpa del personal que conste, es la mala organizacion del hotel con este tema). Otro tema que tendrian que mejorar es el tema del buffet en las comidas (desorganizacion total), no habia pinzas para coger algunos alimentos, desorden, gente corriendo por todos lados, personas que cogian alimentos con la mano y el personal pasaba olimpicamente,gente que no tenia contratado el todo incluido acaban disfrutando de los mismos servicios que los que si lo tienen contratado (es injusto)... Para mejorar que hubiera mas control a la gente cuando accede a cualquier servicio que ofrece el comedor durante el dia, controlando que servicio contratado Pero por lo general la comida estaba buena, piscinas muy grandes y acogedoras, habitaciones comodas y el trato de todo el personal ha sido muy bueno por su parte yo volveria a repetir sin dudarlo.

El hotel tiene todas las comodidades y está muy bien equipado. El servicio super atento y simpático. El desayuno buffet de lo mejorcito en comparación con otros hoteles

Todo perfecto. Excepto que no voy a volver a utilizar la página Hotels.com para mis viajes, debido a que no pueden hacer facturas a nombre de empresa. Con Booking, nunca me pasó esto. Les he dado una oportunidad, pero no más.
