The property was super cute and super easy to access, walking distance from everything. Stayed 2 nights and there was no one there overnight but staff was present during the early day to change towels, clean the room and more. The cleanliness was decent not a 10/10 but definitely not filthy, just clean. There is a small common area as well for a coffee and somewhere to relax other than your room. Overall I give it a 10/10 for the location and the experience we had overall.

Facility staff were very accomodating. Able to store our luggage in the morning until check in time. Instructions were clear and communication was efficient. Excellent location.

However, I did pay a deposit when booking. I was then charged full amount during our stay. Am now finding it difficlt/impossible to reclaim the money.

The only problem was not receiving entry/booking in email. Luckily, someone was there to allow entry.
The pension was very quiet, clean and central.
The shower was the best I've had, beating many 4 star hotels.
Room small, but comfortable.
Very good value.
Thoroughly recommend.

I had an awesome stay at Pensión Donistiarra! Very comfortable and clean room, great small balcony to enjoy the charming pedestrian street outside... GREAT location, close to everything, especially the main bus station, great for day trips (I did Biarritz) and airport connections.
The parking was discounted (very close by, also at bus station), which was a bonus.
