Overall tired and worn. I wasn't expecting much but was hoping for better cleanliness. Towels were dirty. I had to give them back. Shower dirty looking. Broken toilet flush.

We received an appartment in a different building in an isolated back street. Not well maintained. No outside windows. No air-conditioning. Very poor breakfast.

When we arrived, we were sent to an apartment 2 blocks away from hotel. On our insistence moved to hotel next day. Air conditioner in room 106 too old, and too dirty.

I had booked and paid for a double with Wi-Fi. This was not available in the "main" hotel so I was put in a dark apartment about 100yards away. I was told to return the next morning and I would get a room in the main building. This I did, but there was no room and I was told to go back to the apartment for the rest of my stay. There was no Wi-Fi there. That day my room had been made up, the next day nobody had bothered to do it.

The guest house is very simple but pleasing and charming. Right in the center of Granada, near the most important monuments. Seems to be family owned, so the staff is always ready to solve any problem and offer you advice.

Good value for money. Simple room at a low price. Accommodating staff. I had asked for a quiet room but I still didn't sleep well owing to street noises - including drunken revellers and at one point in the early hours of the morning a lorry vibrated me awake, from two storeys down. Not sure if Granada is like this everywhere though - I don't have much experience of the city.

Excellent stay!!! More than perfect for low budget travelers. This was the best hotel decision I made during my European trip. Comfortable room by yourself at hostel price. Internet by cable in your room, fans and open windows for ventilation, safe, small fridge in the room. Bathroom and shower/bathtub are separate, but clean and great, European style. This is a pension-looks like it's family run. They are nice and always available, but no breakfast and not that much guidance/involvement, so you need to be somewhat independent. Not sure if they speak English, but you should be trying to speak Spanish in Spain anyway. Location is great-very close to a central, main shopping area. No cars can go in because it's a pedestrian street, so you'll need to carry your bags for a few meters (not far from taxi spot and bus stos), and up the stairs (no elevator). Not far from Alhambra. You can get anywhere in Granada by bus, but look out because stops are not really announced. Taxis are cheap. I enjoyed! Gracias!

An over all Good experience. However the hotel does not have a lift and if you have heavy baggage then going all the way up will be a problem. Shared bathroom is not a convenience at all. The staff is very cooperative and polite.

This is a pension, so you should not expect any frills. There are none. But the location is near a lot of what you want to see in town, so it is a good place to stay if you do not plan to be in your room for much more than just sleeping and want to save a few Euros. The only complaint I had was that we paid for a private bathroom, but they gave us a room with a shared bathroom. I am not sure they actually had rooms with private bathrooms.
