the hotel had lots of up to date gizmos and gadget's but lacked the traditional items, but in these covid-19 days that didn't matter

Nice room overlooking the main street. Soundproofing from street very good. The only disappointment was a bad odour in the spotlessly clean bathroom. (reported to staff) Very reasonable parking 200 mtrs away.

Would highly recommend. Very clean and the location couldn't have been better. An easy walk from the airport bus drop off and right in the middle of everything

Great location - very close to transport links, places to see and the vibrant bars and restaurants which Jose on reception helpfully pointed out to us. Very high tech bathroom facilities - heated toilet seat with automatic flush, radio and a clever magnifier set into the mirror. Whilst a kettle is provided there is neither tea or coffee which would have been a welcome addition.

Loved the newly refurbished room. Very high end with a projector and intelligent mirror and toilet. Also a Queen sized bed and aircon, superb.

This hotel is exxactly as it looks like on the photos Rooms are small but well laid out. The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent. Staff most helpful and friendly. Great location for a city or beach break. Lots of bars and restaurants just outside the hotel

convenient location and it was nice that the hotel would look after luggage before check in. But the hotel was noisy.

The hotel was in the heart of Alicante, close to many shops and restaurants. It was very close to the port. It also had good transport links by bus to the beaches and railway station, and just up the road was a tram stop which linked to other towns in the area all the way to Denia. My room was on the 5th floor but there was a lift. My room had 2 single beds in it which was okay though I would have prefered a double. It had a fridge so I could store milk and cold drinks. The bathroom had a bath. The AC worked well. I did not have a view from my room, but this did not matter to me as I was only using it to sleep in. The wifi was good. The hotel did not offer breakfast, but had a deal with a local cafe to buy a voucher for a continental breakfast. This worked well, the cafe was next to a square and it was lovely to sit outdoors in the sunshine. The reception staff were very informative and suggested good places to visit and the better local beaches. They are not there 24 hours so gave me 2 keys and told me to store them separately so that if one got lost, I could still get into my room.

Great location with easy access to bars, restaurants and shops.

We were there for a short stay with our family. The staff is friendly.

This hotel is right in the centre of Alicante meaning it was convenient to beach/port as well as for dining and shopping. The room itself was fine, clean but a little dated. We found the receptionists were all helpful and friendly. We bought breakfast vouchers for the coffee shop next door. We enjoyed this as the location was great for sitting and people watching and the staff were lovely.

The only thing that didn’t work was the USB charger. Ask for a room in the front - mine had a little balcony where we could sit and people watch!

It's a brilliant location, very central and easy access however on weekend nights the street is really busy and noisy and room is not soundproof. The locks of sliding doors to balcony are faulty I didn't feel safe first night but discovered that my neighbour was a family with young kid so it's fine. Overall the place is very basic & very clean and has a retro feeling. The staff were friendly and helpful.

5 minutes / 10 Euro cab ride from the train station and a minute away from the port and old town. My room was very comfortable and spacious. Would recommend without hesitation.
