Great location but no parking nearby. The apartment is on 3rd floor sice in Spain they count the 1st floor as 0, no elevator. The 2nd bedroom is on a top floor and bedroom had some mold on the walls, also the heater on that bedroom doesnot work properly.

Nice and clean place to stay, friendly staff. Dirty surroundings.

This is the apartment located at 3rd floor We booked 2 bedrooms for 3 adults and one teenager (14) There are different apartments under this listing But there is huge concern with the second bedroom We have to walk up a metal staircase to the second bedroom and that’s narrow and slippery I end up slept on the sofa bed but my teenager daughter walked down and slipped She was injured her back This is huge safety concern Moreover there was no water midnight until next morning I will not recommend to stay here

Checking in was terrible . We have to park somewhere and walk to look for it. Then the property itself was another drive. Then the place we booked wasn’t what we expected based on the picture. Anyway, overall it’s okay as it is walkable to the places we wanted to see.

The place is smaller than shows in the pictures. The place doesn’t has discount parking rate with public garages. The air conditioner wasn’t working in one room and after I ask to get it fixed, and They answer they will fix next day and never happen. They don’t have a person who can take care of the client needs. We feel lost. They talk but don’t act.

Mercedes at check-in was very nice, welcoming and helpful. The appartement is very well located and parking isn’t very far (3min walk). Overall the apparemment was clean but didn’t understand the table with stools, impossible to put your legs under the table because the stools are way too high. Very comfortable beds but lacking warmer blankets for the twin beds.

A perfect stay. The apartment was bigger than expected. The bedroom superbly quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen, modern and reasonably well equipped. The square, Hercules, a few meters away had dozens of relaxed reasonable restaurants and bars. Huge crowds of locals on a weekend night, yet still our bed room was quiet. It's a perfect choice and minutes walk to the classic sites. We don't hesitate to recommend.

I stayed with my spouse and children in the Penthouse, 2 Bedrooms, Terrace (Plaza Europa nº 2). This location is acceptable for a couple nights, but you should be aware that there is a significant, visible mold problem in just about every room. The room with the 2 twins is the worst. This is probably due to the fact that there doesn't appear to be any way to turn on the bathroom extractor fan. You should know that you will not have access to the terrace space, which is part of the lower-floor accommodations and part of a dark internal courtyard. We arrived to find the floors unswept, with plenty of hair and dirt, and most of these the dishes were dirty (not unusual in apartments). The water heater is laughably undersized, sustaining almost two comfortable showers every 12 hours. One of the plastic dining chairs is split down the middle of the seat. The immediate area is quiet, but very close to shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. There are no major city attractions in the immediate vicinity, but it can be a pleasant town for long strolls. After booking, the host made requests for adult passport information to be sent via several methods in order for them to send property entry codes. The requests were frequent and sometimes addressed to other people. One of my emailed responses was somehow not received. The final request, which came after they had sent the codes, asked me to download an app to submit the information. I don't think I'd return.

It is not far from the sightseeing spots in the city. You can walk to the famous spots during your stay, so the hotel is in a good location. There is a supermarket near the accommodation where you can buy food and daily necessities.

It was a problematic apartment. Too many things to go into. But the leaking shy light over the couch, or the unlock-able kitchen window, only one key for a space suitable for 4 people or more, hair everywhere from past guests, are a few to mention.

-very spacious apartment with a terrace -apartment needs some maintenance (ex. walls are dirty) -bathrooms were not cleaned properly - lots of hairs on the walls -dirty old sofa -great central location beside the office -had to pay a fee per suitcase for luggage storage -completely dark in the building on the upper floors -heating

The location of the apartment is misleading, some of them are not located as shown in the map and takes extra 10 mins walk to every attraction!! When I was just asking if I could change my room to the location on the map, the staff was rude as if blaming me for asking and didn’t even apologize. I was on the first floor and I can hear clearly when people pass by on the street, on the stairs, and even the neighbors at their own apartment laughing and talking in late night and early morning, it was so annoying and I could not sleep well at night. Sheets and towels are dirty with stains on it and have a strange metal smell. The kitchen also stinks. Toilet’s door is hard to close and the window can’t even be closed properly. No toiletries. On the last day of my stay the toilet cannot flush. No elevators. Poor WiFi. Never coming back!!

Amazing location! Apartment was so clean, that you could still smell the chlorine bleach. Lighting was unpleasant due to poor choice of lightbulb temperature colour (6000k) instead of a warm soft light. This prevented us from feeling like we were staying in a cozy space. Some disrepair was noticed, including one electrical outlet which was loose (safety hazard for babies), broken toilet paper holder, loose shower drain, and balcony door lock only half functioning. Cooktop vent light also not working. Pillows and beds were very firm. Very good price though, and made for an overall OK stay.

It is in a very good area but water was dropping from the ceiling on top of my daughter’s face on the sofa bed. Very small and the stairs to go to the other room to small to bring baggage there, small and crowded

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very centrally located and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. Hopefully we will get back there in the future. The staff were great and so helpful. They organised our transfer. They also upgraded us to a fantastic 2 bedroom Apartment. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Located in old town, easy to walk to all tourist spots, great apartment with everything you need nearby, easy to find only with a navigation and following the clear check in instructions, would stay again in one of the Zentral Apartments when back in Seville

The apartment was excellent, clean, big and spacious. Close to some nice restaurants. Accessible to most attraction by foot. Check in was done at the reception office at another address but was not far just a few minutes away and not difficult to find. There’s kitchen, oven, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Had to clear our own rubbish though, which can be a little troublesome. Nonetheless it was a good stay:)
