My husband and I stayed there for a few days. The property was conveniently located within the beautiful city of Granada and we loved the mixture of old and new. We paid for the buffet breakfast and the variety of options was amazing. We would definitely go back.

Great hotel which I booked for the ruins inside the hotel and ended up not spending much time to review as there is so much outside the city as well. The room was modern and overall very nice and comfortable.

Check in was easy. Room was ready right away. Location is great

We were due to have a bottle of wine in our room but we had to ask four times before we finally received our bottle.

Outstanding hotel. The location can't be beat as it practically touches the cathedral, which is the city center, and it still was quiet and peaceful inside. It was both modern and classical, e.g. there are archeological remains onsite and marble hallways. Service and breakfast are great. We had a spacious corner room with small balconies overlooking the market below.

The front desk staff is exceptional. The hotel lacks a gym and bar, but is quiet and the rooms are nice

Perfect location. Close to most main attractions and lots of restaurants around. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I booked 2 rooms and had discounted price. Thought I was lucky but then when I get there I understand the reason. The immediate next building is undergoing construction work. In the morning it was noisy, hammering and drilling sound can be heard. Other than this, the hotel is very good. They did not give us the 2 bottles of welcome wine as promised at the time of booking.

Our stay was fantastic! We booked the junior suite and it was huge. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. Everything was very walkable! I’d definately recommend!

Great option in Granada with wonderful staff and amenities. Only complaint is room size and breakfast was just ok. However there are plenty of options for dining, including breakfast, around

Very nice convenient hotel. Location is perfect. I don’t think that you should expect view from any window, it’s just too close to the other buildings. But it was nice and quiet and efficient. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. I just bought yogurt for breakfast at the local store after the first breakfast. But overall nice experience. Convenient to everything. If you already have Alhambra (castle and Nasrid palaces) tickets and can use closest entrance (Puerta de la Justicia) which seems to be always open with free access to Alhambra it’s just 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Or you can take taxi to the main gate. Nice restaurants in the area.

My 1st experience with a car elevator. I was really impressed by their ecofriendlness, NO plastic, even the room key was made of wood. Everyone was extremely friendly & helped me find a guide for Alhambra.

We had a junior suite on the second floor at the front of the hotel with a view of the Cathedral. We arrived on a Saturday and Granada was busy. There were lots of people in the bars and there were quite a few stag and hen parties. That night the noise in our room caused by people walking by in the narrow street next to the hotel was loud with lots of shouting. This continued until 7 in the morning! Sunday night was much better but on Monday morning we were woken at 7.30 by the noise of power tools from the building next door which is being renovated! And to top it off the taxi we had pre booked at the check in took us to Granada airport rather than Malaga despite us telling the staff at least two times when booking it! So the room and hotel were lovely but the stay was spoiled by these things which the hotel doesn’t have a lot of control over. My advice is to not pick the rooms at the front of the hotel if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday unless you don’t mind the noise!

Perfect location to explore Granada. The staff was tremendous and helpful and the amenities were wonderful We found this a very restful and delightful hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel

Right next to the cathedral so convenient all the way around. And curiously quiet at night.

Great hotel, nice staff. They need to forbidden smoking inside the patio as the smoke goes into rooms.
